I love costumer service. Every time I have been at this location I always have such a great experience with people that works here.

It was busy for this kind of shop. I waited what I thought was the line but found out it wasn't. A guy came in after me and took a different place. When he realized I was waiting he offered for me to go first. I found the item I wanted with assistance but deside to pass on it. It's a big building with a lot of items. They are hiring so the service should get less of a wait.

Very cool guy was very nice match prices from anywhere. I'll be going there again that's for sure.

Autozone has great customer service they are very competive on lower prices I always get the right parts the 1st time they also have most parts in stock

Needed a part for my AC system. I called first and talked to Kit and she located the right part. Drove to the store and she sold me the part plus refrigerant to refill my system. Thanks!

Whenever I go in, I can usually always find what I need, if not I can find it at the corvallis store or Lebanon store, and most of the staff is knowledgeable about the tools and parts in there except for tonight

Good customer oriented employees but didn't get the items because forgot coupon at home and they said we needed the coupon.

Friendly counter person. Not the smartest bunch. But they know there personal job pretty well. Good job y'all. See you soon I'm sure. Lol

Service during Covid was orderly and helpful. Please note that an hour before closing, they usually only have one register open. This may mean a longer wait time. They have loaner tools and equipment available for use for free. Fairly clean for an automotive parts store.

Battery failed after 11 months and AutoZone would not honor the warranty without receipt. Their battery, clean, clear date code, no recourse. If you need a battery go to NAPA, Bimart, Les Schwab, anyplace except AutoZone.

We recieved the wrong radiator due to them getting the wrong one. They offered NOTHING for our trouble!

They had car parts. I needed some.they didn't have what I needed, so I got it at wreaking yard

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand for miner repairs like changing a fuse or windshield wipers or replacing a lamp bulb

Long story short. Car would not start after getting gas. Called AAA (whom I love). He gave me a jump and told me ANY auto parts store that sells batteries will also install them. NAPA was closest to my location. My mistake in turning the car off to go inside. NAPA DOES NOT INSTALL CAR BATTERIES AND THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A JUMP TO GET ME ON MY WAY. Called AAA again. Same guy came and jumped me again. He told me for sure that AUTO ZONE would install a battery. Before even leaving NAPA, I called to verify AUTO ZONE would do this and made sure they had one in stock for my vehicle. They would and did. It did take awhile being that it was Sunday and only two employees, but CARLOS ROA took care of me and he was very kind and polite. I tried to give him a tip with the little bit of cash I had on me, and he refused it. I will be going to AUTO ZONE for all of my car needs in the future. Thank you CARLOS!

Friendly crew that helped me find what I need and engaged in conversation with my non stop talking six year old.

Coltin was so helpful! He saved the day for us when our battery went out. He did the most to ensure we were back on the road! He was very knowledgeable and has great customer service!
