Definitely not disability/women friendly. Tried to force me to buy some stuff that I did NOT ask for. I knew what I wanted and yet they refused to sell it to me. I had a male friend call and going in. They did not hesitate selling it to him. EWWW BEWARE.

Worst customer service ever, you show up and they don't acknowledge that you're there, no we'll be with you in a sec nothing. Then you finally get someone's attention and she just passes you off the another guy who says it will be a minute but starts cussing infront of you while you're standing there waiting on him to figure out what he's doing out of a binder. These people lack on customer service and use of proper speech while they are at work

Everyone at this location went above and beyond for me. So flexible, knowledgeable, and pleasant I almost forgot I had a costly problem. Thank you so much to Leina and the team she's recruited.

Love AutoZone, I tend to frequent this place keeping my car running as good as possible. I love that if I spend $20 five times I get $20 in store credit, because I'd be spending it anyway and the prices are pretty fair even compared to Amazon.

There was one time I needed a gasket for my fuel injector and wound up paying $17 for a set of 3 (for one injector) when after installing them I realized I needed another set I checked Advanced Auto Parts and it was like $4 for literally the same set.so doesn't hurt to check, I don't know if they price match since car parts can be manufactured from multiple companies.

It kind of depends when you go in if you want someone knowledgeable about cars or not, but I've never needed to ask them anything but I've just noticed when others go in and ask it's hit or miss.

My only main gripe is they seem to always be out of SeaFoam High Mileage! I've gotten lucky though, there always seems to be a stash hidden around the store but overall a great store with great customer service.

Bradley and the staff is superb, helpful and knowledgeable! I've saved lots of time and money!

LOVE THIS STORE! They are sooo helpful and have a lot of knowledge. I also had a blinker light go out and a very very sweet gentlemen helped me change it! And not only changed it but walked me through it so I had my own personal knowledge to do it myself next time. No asking for blinker fluid for this girl will always come to this auto zone had the most best experience i have ever had with a parts store. Thank you auto zone you definitely got me in the zone.

Great place staff very friendly wish the staff had a little more knowledge on auto stuff for people like me that have no clue about what they are doing under the hood but at least they try to help you the best they can and that's what matters

Honestly I'm stuck of getting profile because of Judgemental people. I was standing in line for about 10min and my girlfriend came in to talk to the workers so I showed her what I was gonna buy and she said we didn't need it. So I set the 2 items down, gave her money to buy a candy bar and went to wait in the car. I had my headphones in and didn't hear the alarm apparently go off. I came in to ask about them telling my gf that neither of us could purchase things from there and the worker said she seen me walk out with tools. I told her no and showed her what I had set down and she lied and said she watched me walk out with tools. FYI if u are that worker, I had my Samsung Galaxy Pro Buds (headphones) box from when I bought them in my pocket that has a sensor on them so the door beeped when I walked out. But I never stole anything so thanks for lying and saying you "Watched me through the window with a red tagged tool in my hand" when we both know that's not the case.

Went to get the air changed out of my tires! Simple right? Girl working there gave me a funny look! I gave her one back!

The guy helping me was rude and almost made me cry.he was not helpful at all.hee seemed annoyed about having to do his job.

Quick and friendly customer service. Adrian did a great job doing the diagnostic test on my car and helped me understand what I needed to do to address my car issue.

When you need that that check engine light to be serviced, the the diagnostic testing is well worth the wait.

They have a good selection of your normal auto parts store stuff. Bigger than orielys and the staff is pretty friendly. The girl there knows more than the guys at the counter so wait in line if ya have too haha
