Loved this store, the manager was the one who waited on me. He is AWESOME, got the correct wipers for my car and he even installed them. This will be my store for all my car needs.

Was in middle of 12 hour drive when halfway thru AC stopped working. We went in to buy what we thought would fix the problem but they helped us figure out what was actually wrong with the car and accepted the return of what we didn’t need. Super helpful and we are so appreciative

Whenever breaks fluid and break cleaner. And I found what I needed got to the counter and didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes before. I was checked out, in and out and done 5 stars for service.

Have called in twice today been on hold 5 minutes each time to be hung up no one ever answered would recommend O'Reilly's they pick up every time

If you're looking for a place that will go far out of their way to make sure you're taken care of right, look no further. I was having a heck of a long day and ended up with a compatibility issue between Ford and a duralast part, Juan went well out of his way to help set me up right. I've never seen someone go so far as to even reach out to others to find a solution. Absolutely astounding customer service by that gentleman.

Called and spoke to Brad (I believe that was who answered) and ask if they had room for a 35 ft Rv and toad in their parking lot. He was very kind and helpful with the parking issue and told us there was room behind their store that we could park there. Our two coach batteries kept running down and wanted to get them tested, ended up it was not the batteries but was a solenoid we needed. Spoke to Marcus who went above and beyond helping us. Although, they did not have the exact part we needed they reached out to another provider and got it for us. What a great ending to a frustrating issue. Thanks Marcus and auto zone for making our day GREAT!

My husband and I had a Serpentine belt to break on our truck. We made it to the Autozone parking lot in back of store and bought a new one and put it on. The young man Curtis that works there was very nice. He even came out and helped us. We really appreciated his help.

I called ahead of time to check on part availability.representative was quick and able to locate the part and then put it on hold for me. Zero issues and even got a free 10% discount cause they were having Internet issues and couldn't access my account

Shame on the older man who pretended today to help me & instead just made a sell & left me hanging. I expected because u were older I could trust u to help me when I right away said please can you help me with my right turn signal & chane it for me u said u said u cold do both. But then left me a single lady to drive off with my adylt childern one being disabled with my turn signal still out. After selling me a balb then looking in my trunk & saying didn't have the tool. I was in shock this is a part store I thout to my self as he walked back into store. I bought things hear before & always had no problem. With getting help with such things before.

Ordered parts that came in two days ago but they put my phone number in wrong so i never got the call as well as he entered my email incorrectly

I Love the staff here. I know I will always be taken care of. Staff will even come look at my car if I am not sure about information they are needing. Today I needed a windshield wiper, the gentleman not only looked at my wipers to make sure my new one matched as best as possible but he also installed it for me. Thank you for all you do! You are very appreciated!
