I have, unfortunately, had the occasion now to use Autumn Funerals for both my mom's passing and my dad's. Both times we were treated compassionately. Information was presented in a straightforward, clear way, which is helpful when you are in shock and grieving. I never felt as if we were being upsold or pressured at all.

Sarah was sympathetic, listened to my desires, made useful suggestions, and didn't try to upsell me. All in all, a class act.
