I had a reservations with some other friends there at 11: 30 I didn't, two and a half hours to do a pedi and a Mani! Thank God I didn't have any other plans for the rest of the day

Everyone who works at Avenue Nails is so very friendly. I’ve been going to this salon for years now and I’d never go to another.

Made me bleed every time I went in for a fill, wouldn’t say sorry, just glued it shut. Not professional, and doesn’t tend to the clients needs. Will not be going back. Bad environment

My nails were SO crooked and my nails were tilted up and very un even. I even asked the lady to fix it and she agreed but didn’t do anything. She was using very sharp items and using then improperly. This place was a nightmare. It seems like they have forgotten all their training. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely happy with my experience with Avenue Nails! They got me in WITHIN AN HOUR & got my Overlay done & absolutely love the work she did. These are my real nails so I take their care VERY seriously. She was also sooo gentle - I've been cut before & she was very delicate with me.

After searching for a new nail tech, I found her today! Annie did an amazing job on my nails after a poor job at a previous salon. She listened to what I needed an executed it perfectly! She was quick, efficient and ensured my satisfaction. I’m a licensed barber and it was so great to be treated with the same care as I give to my clients. I’ll definitely be booking with her in the future.

First time customer today. I was so impressed with the service Lucy provided. I'll definitely be back to see her.

Went here for the first time and was very disappointed. The location was unclean the staff was unprofessional. I entered the location was hit with a very strong chemical smell, the space was not ventilated properly, I almost turned around and wished I did. There were so many fruit flies in the space that I had to interrupt my technician to swat them away.

Additionally the staff were really unprofessional and not customer friendly. They didn't speak to me other than a hello and what color would you like. Masks were not worn by 2 employees during my visit and one employee helped herself to a pedicure while I was there. Walking around with her shoes off and removing the calluses from her feet.

My dip nail service didn't turn out great either, the surface of the nails were uneven and dimpled. They were poorly cut and jagged, and when I got home I had to file them down a bit.

I will not be returning to this location.

I drive about 40 min to go have my nails done at Avenue Nails! The employees are very friendly, quick, and do a great job!

Today was my first time coming to this salon and I loved the gel nails I got! My friend and I were kind of on a time table and the staff got us in and out no problem! They worked quickly and efficiently. Needless to say I will be returning here again!

Very rude. Got full set acrylics and they didn’t even clean my cuticles, which they said cost extra. They were overly rough with handling my hands and nails and a couple even started bleeding. They completely ignored me but continued to talk back and forth with their co-workers. They didn’t even glue on the nails all the way and were rushing the whole process. My nails ended up different sizes and shapes and when I asked them to fix it, they just laughed and said they didn’t notice anything. I ended up going straight to a different nail spa to get them redone. Horrible service.

I honestly want to like this place and keep coming back to give it another chance. But for the price they do not massage nearly enough. I keep wanting to give them another try since they are quick to get me in and polite. They do a good job twitch polish. However, it’s much less time than other places with comparable prices in the area. I will say, if you get lucky there is one man who massages more!

There are many good things to report about Annie and her team! They are quick, efficient, very skilled and polite. I'm a big fan of the pedicures but tried a dip manicure out of curiosity and was *amazed* at its longevity and strength. It can be a busy salon, so calling for appointment is a good idea but they are very accommodating for walk ins.
