Omar and his team take care of painting our house 2 years ago, I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good painter, he explained since beginning all the process of painting an also taking care of any detail and recommendation in order to have a best result, if you are looking for some one really professional and honest he is the one.

Omar and crew were outstanding! They are friendly, accommodating, easy to work with, and do efficient, high quality work. We had them paint part of the exterior of our old house as well as our new garage/office addition. They pressure washed the old siding before getting started and used primer and two coats of paint where needed. Very highly recommended!

Omar did a wonderful job painting our indoor cabinets, very professional and meticulous to detail! Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good painter!

This review is long overdue but it would be unjust without a well deserving review of this company despite my tardiness.   Aware Remodeling and Painting provided outdoor painting, replacement of sidings and a backyard porch column for us last year.   They did a wonderful job even though the project took much longer than initially estimated.   Omar, Isai, and Oscar (the three brothers/owners) were honest, communicative, meticulous, and accountable.   Their quote was in mid range of all of the quotes we received.   During the initial painting phase, they discovered some siding problems that required extensive work to repair and replace. They were knowledgeable and resourceful in getting all the work done.   We were singularly impressed by how conscientious they were with details and kept us abreast with the progress during the entire process.   While the project cost much more than we had anticipated, it would have cost us more in the future had they not discovered and helped mitigate the problem at the time.   Finding the replacement porch column, arranging for shipping/delivery, and dealing with the nuisance of the seller company were challenging but Isai and Jessica (office manager) went out of their way to make sure that it worked out to our satisfaction.    We have worked with many contractors over the years, Aware Remodeling and Painting is one that we trusted and enjoyed working with the most.   Omar and Isai were very personable and have established an exemplary business model that should be recognized and given the highest recommendation possible.

Aware donated a car to me and my husband for me and my three kids my husband got into a car accident a couple of years ago with my car and is now disabled and I told some of the guys I needed a vehicle and they donated me a SUV I did not have to give them $1 this is a really great company in really cares about their customers and people I will hire them for anything anytime

I hired Aware Remodeling & Painting to repair rot discovered when I had my roof replaced. There were two layers of roofing and upon removal, rot was discovered along the siding on the step down level of the roof. I also needed new plywood used by roofing company in their re-roofing painted on the underside as well as repair to two barge boards at the edge of the roof. Aware came out, sent me a bid, did the work soon after the bid was accepted. They were courteous, professional, kept me updated throughout the repair process, made suggestions, and cleaned up completely at the end of each day (3), and completed the job in 3 days. I've already asked for a bid to paint my roof overhangs in the Spring. Omar, Isai and Oscar are amazing! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship, fair pricing and respectful interaction.

I highly recommend using this company for your next house painting project. They were referred to us from a family friend in our neighborhood and I selected them after getting quotes from a couple of other painters in the area.
Omar was very prompt, professional and timely. Once the job started, his team got to work very fast - sealing any cracks, complete painting of the entire exterior trim of our house and touchups of the body in a few critical areas and were done in 2 days. Our house looks great now. Now I do not have to spend any time searching for painters when we plan our next project in the coming years.
