I called Ben when it was pointed out by roofers that we had substantial mold in our attic and he responded very quickly. He came out, took a look, and proceeded to explain to me what we had, how it wasn’t really dangerous, and how I could mitigate it myself and save a couple grand. It would have been real easy to sell me on something I didn’t know much about- but he didn’t. So while I have not used Axion, they will be the very first company I call if I ever have a problem again.

Ben came to our house for a mold inspection, he was professional and clear on the location and substance he was inspecting while he mentored an apprentice.

AXION came to the rescue when a pre-sale inspection revealed mold in the attic and crawlspace. The crawlspace was expected because, well, it's dirt under an old house in western Oregon, so.yeah. The attic, though, was a surprise as we'd never noticed any issues there before. AXION came out and evaluated the situation. Turns out the mold in the attic was minimal and nothing harmful. Most of what the inspector saw was staining from some previous roof damage that had been fixed years ago. They took care of the minor mold in the attic and the crawlspace situation, at a much lower cost than anticipated, thanks to the thorough and honest evaluation they provided. I'm very happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I needed black mold removed on short notice. The team came over the weekend and removed all of the troubled areas for an affordable price. Highly recommend others use their services!

We had some water damage from a portable AC that caused some mold and Ben was super helpful from the get go - responded right away to my inquiry and let me know if it was something Axion could help with. He clearly explained any issues he saw once he was there and was able to do all of the remediation the same day and done within about 2 hours. Awesome service and would recommend to anyone.

Axion had done some mold cleaning for our recently purchased home as part of the inspection, when we found what we thought was some residual mold Axion was available to come out and inspect our house asap. The technician offered some diy advice and regular maintenance that I can do on my own and offered to waive the fee even though we didn’t have any new mold. I hope I don’t have to call axion ever again but wouldn’t hesitate to do so as they were a pleasure to work with.

Ben came to our house yesterday for a mold inspection. Fortunately, the mold turned out to be not particularly dangerous and easily removed.

Rather than try to sell us an expensive remedy, Ben kindly explained to us in detail how we could take care of the problem ourselves (and save about $800 in the process!). Ben also made a couple of suggestions of ways to proactively fight the issue in the future.

All of this points to a level of customer service and professionalism that is all too rare in todays world. I am thankful I made the choice to call Ben first, and heartily recommend Axion to anyone needing the kinds of service they provide in the future!
