Axis Psychiatric Services reviews
6I am not sure of anyone else's experience but I will speak to mine. Nurse Baker was very kind, thorough, and took the time to educate me about my diagnosis and the treatment options available. She has been responsive with emailed questions, and gives access to contacting her 24/7 regarding possible issues that arise. This is the first time I have had direct access to a provider. I messaged her at 8pm on a Friday evening and she very quickly responded to my concerns. However, she does warn that if the concern is not an emergency she will address it next business day. If she doesn't agree with a treatment option she explains why she doesn't agree and what the alternatives are for me. She is a straightforward provider and I recommend her.
Very best professional & caring approach
and a great fit with my provider.
I've never been treated with such a lack of empathy and disrespect as I have with this Provider who accused me of picking up medications that I never received. I was excited initially to have found someone that could treat me after calling over 30 Providers in the Central Oregon area. Even after telling her staff what happened with the meds incompetent CVS pharmacy technicians who gave my meds to the wrong patient after a time stamped video was found.she still " discharged " me from her practice and she knows also that I've been without my meds for 2 months now. Could she have called to discuss the issue with me? Yes, but she didn't she made unfair assumptions and wrongly accused me instead. Her office staff (1 person) called me back and acknowledged the facts but told me that it didn't matter because Ms Baker already made up her mind. It's also difficult to pay for your visits because the link does not work. Impersonal. Lacks professionalism and will make jump to conclusions without a thread of proof against you. Good luck if you decide to go here.
Caring and professional. Tarra has a great knowledge of psychiatric meds.
Timely responses to messages. Phone appointments available during pandemic.
I don’t recommend this place at all. They never answer the phone and they don’t care about your well being because I have had 2 appointments cancelled now. The first appointment I was notified the day before, I had to personally call a week later because no one followed up as there text message said they would to reschedule. I waited another 2 weeks for another appointment and now it’s been cancelled again. Imagine going thru depression and anxiety and your so excited to finally speak to someone only to have it cancelled on you, TWICE. Horrible time management and I will not try coming here ever again.
Please disregard the 1 star review that was obviously done very selfishly, complaining about cancellations during a worldwide pandemic. I have had the exact opposite experience - Tarra actually had an appointment with me yesterday (which was MEMORIAL DAY!) All because of a mixup with another provider and insurance, and she still was available to help me out.
Very thorough, kind and felt like I was really listened to. I don't think the previous reviewers' personal experience is anything like the experience I got or others (and on a holiday of all days!)
Thanks Tarra
