B Loop Champoeg State Heritage Area, Aurora OR

Enjoyed our stay at loop B, our site was #11. Pull through paved and level site, water & 30 amp electric. Very good verizon cell reception. There is a 18 hole disc golf course, you can purchase disc's at the main office. The only negative is that the dump station is closed, the nearest dump is at the Flying J's for $10. Would stay here again due to it being close to Portland.

B loop is Nice area. A loop however is kind of run-down with high grass and weeds that are as high as five feet or more and some places. Trailer dump station is closed because of a drain field problem

One of Oregon's premier State Parks campground has become a homeless encampment. We pass through Oregon every few months, we used to love to stay in such a great place, with plenty of walking trails and fishing dock. Sadly it being occupied by a group of homeless RVers that move from spot to spot each day making it hard for campers to come stay.

There are no sites open, normally, if show up after 4 pm. The homeless get first pick to move in too and have gamed the system to stay longer than is normally allowed. If you make reservations and show you will watch the movement of camps around noon.

I implore everybody to write the ORPD and have them enforce all regulations not just dogs on leash. I give it two stars because it has the potential to be a great park like it was intend.

The cabin is tight but really warm. The park itself is really beautiful. The camp host on the B loop are super nice they helped out a lot. Best camp host we've experienced.

Nice roomy spot to set up camp. Restrooms were clean and warm even though it was snowing. Water and electrical hookups worked just fine. Fire pit and large picnic table were both put to good use.

Camp here every year Veterans Day weekend. Really like it here. Wish it was a tad more private.

Got to see my cousin from Canada that was camping there I have not seen them over 10 years lol gotta love them traveling.
