Stephen is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. The front desk staff are amazing. But there's someone there who does phone calls to people, I believe her names dawn but she was a nightmare and has no idea how to talk to people. Good experience other than Dawn, she was not professional.

The front desk is thorough and friendly. Dr Quale is amazing and gentle with me and usually gets to the exact areas I need. He is thorough with his work, and he really seems to care about my needs. He is very knowledgeable and can even adjust my feet! He is one of my favorite chiropractors.

Dr. Quale is a magic man! A few times I have gone in with terrible headaches driven by my neck being out. Within minutes he can narrow down the problem area and adjust it back into place. I highly recommend his practice!

Dr Steven Quale is amazing at what he does! I went in after an accident and he was very patient with me and knew exactly which questions to ask. He has created a great plan for my recovery and every time I go to see him he remembers me and the details from the accident. He truly cares about his patients and helping them get back to a normal pain free life. I had a rib out of place for a few months that refused to heal. Preliminary meeting and x-rays, then second meeting to talk through findings and plan for adjustments and Exercises. Multiple weekly visits for a month or two trailing off to now a single visit per month to adjust as needed. Rib and back are doing very good. When I over do things my body heals faster due to him keeping things aligned and balanced. I am very happy with the work, feel a healthy body is worth the cost, will continue to visit, and highly recommend them. Kind people and excellent results. A large high five to Back to Basics.

I have been going to Back to Basics for over a year now. Everyone is always so friendly. Dr. Steven is easy to talk with and always listens to every hurt. I suffer from headaches and they have decreased immensely. I hadn't been in for at least 6 months. When I ended up getting a migraine I called to make an appointment. Even during this pandemic they were able to fit me in the same day. Not only that, but it was Dr Steven that called me back. He was running the office by himself until late in the afternoon. I felt he wanted to make sure he was available when people needed his help. Even though it had been a while since the last time I was there he still remembered the stories of my life and asked me for updates. I will always come to Back to Basics. I have arthritis of the spine. With the help of Dr. Steven I have been able to decrease my pain medication. His adjustments keep me going pretty strong. Although I still have arthritic pain it pales to the pain I had before. I very much appreciate what he has done and continues to do for me.
