Don't bother. They have such a turnover that servers can't make sandwiches properly. I had a lox & cream cheese that was probably the worst I ever had. Razor thin piece of lox, way too many capers & too much cream cheese-$9!
Update- manager comped me a proper lox and cream cheese bagel sandwich. Second picture.

Great bagels and coffee! The person working (with cool teal ish highlights) was very sweet to a lost elderly person and made sure to walk them to where they needed to be. Everyone in the shop was super nice and I'd highly recommend!

I love the food which is why its a 2 star but ya'll keep messing up my orders. I pay extra for meat and get none. I shouldn't have to open every damn sandwich. READ THE RECEIPT.

Went in about a month ago. Ordered my food and was disgusted watching my food being handled. The person making my bagel sandwich kept touching their phone to share something with their coworker and then they touched customers food again without changing gloves. I should’ve asked for a refund because I didn’t end up eating this sandwich after seeing how it was prepared.

Every coffee I have gotten here tastes burnt and has little flavor. They also mess up my bagel order EVERY TIME. They either overcharge me or forget to add an item to the sandwich. 17 bucks for a sandwich and coffee, you'd think it would be good.

Thought we would give them another chance. West 11th phone service sucked. This one just as bad. Put on hold for several minutes. I bet the owners do not even look at these comments.

Great bagel with a healthy amount of creek cheese. They use nosa familia coffee, so The drip coffee didn't need any cream.

There was a hilarious guy behind the counter that made the wait worth it. Huge line when I walked in.

I’ve been here a few times now. Just about the only place you can get breakfast and a coffee for $5. Service is always quick and friendly. You can count on being in and out in less than 10 minutes fyi in case you’re ever running late. They hold the key to their bathroom, which can be inconvenient at times. How ever, you know before you even get to it it’s going to be clean. I’ve only ever gotten bagels and cream cheese but their everything bagels are on point. I ordered online, and they used my third option of bread, yet when I arrived there was still a large amount of my first 2 options available. Maybe they may automatically use ciabatta for online orders? This is the second time getting it. Also, I wrote in a request to add lox on the order. I understand if it is extra and they needed more payment, but it would have been nice if they at least asked if I could pay for it during pickup. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online.

Had a weird morning when I couldn't seem to get breakfast anywhere else I tried, and this Bagel Sphere came to the rescue. A decent iced mocha, a yummy breakfast sandwich, and cool staff saved the day. Will definitely be coming back. Bonus: wheelchair accessible entrance and seating.

I just had the best breakfast there, bagels are so good they way they usually are and their white chocolate mocha is so make me nuttttttt!

This place was alright.the bagel was good, they had a decent selection, but nothing to rave about. I was mostly disappointed with the customer service. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes and no one even greeted me with a hello.so that sucked. Won’t be back
