Baldini's Restaurant & Lounge, Merlin OR

Love! LOVE the pizza. We are returning customers. Great food and great service every time!

Before my experience the other day, I had only been inside baldini's on one other occasion. That occasion had been to gamble for about 15 minutes. A few days ago my boyfriend took me there to have lunch. We ordered a pizza which had been recommended to us. It was extremely hard to decide which one to order because all of them seemed to have such good toppings. There was a fairly large selection of diverse pizzas to choose from. We ended up deciding on a medium Rogue pizza. A medium was by far enough for 2 people. I really enjoyed it. I was a little iffy at first when I saw ground beef in the description. I rarely eat ground meat of any kind. To my relief, the ground beef was actually a really good addition to the meat combination on the pizza. Other than the food, the service was great and very fast. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Very good food would suggest a cowboy Burger it was over the top loving and eating here every time we go

This place has some of the best french fries you will ever want to eat! The pizzas and salads are really great, too.

We had one of the very best pizzas (the Dunn Riffle) we ever had at Baldini's Restaurant the other night. We'll be ordering this again and again! The waitress was attentive and had a good sense of humor. Great experience!

Fantastic! Excellent food and service can hardly wait to move to area for regular Friday night Prime Rib

Ordered Prime Rib for takeout last Friday. It was a very nice sized piece for the price. However I requested medium rare and got medium. Very tough, marbling only on the cap. Gristle running through out my piece. Having history as a meat cutter I suspect it was an inferior grade? I was disappointed!
The baked potato was spot on!
I’ll stick to their fried chicken and pizzas they’re outstanding!

Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff is top notch. Just watching them interact w the customers you can see they like the job. Food is fantastic. Nice serving sizes. Price is reasonable

A must try menu! Everything fresh and variety of things to choose from. No favorites it's all good

As someone who grew up in the Chicagoland area I am kinda picky when it comes to pizza. I cannot believe we are SO lucky to have probably the best pizza we have had since moving to Oregon in 2010—right here in Merlin? ! You guys rock! Thank you for bringing delicious pizza back into our lives!:)

The best pizza and wings I have found in southern OR (grants Pass / Medford area) BUT.
Blonde lady with her hair up in a bun likes to feed herself behind the counter and talk with food in her mouth to customers standing at the counter. I don't care if she knows them, if she thinks it's slow or whatever.that's a HUGE TURNOFF in my mind. I know what it's like working in this business. GO ELSEWHERE to eat! NEVER in view of customers!
Also.my server left, was not around for the last 20 min of my meal. I had a credit card sitting on the receipt my original server (brunette) had brought to my table. I was waiting for her to come and take it to cash me out but she disappeared. I went to the bathroom, back to the table then the counter and asked the blonde for a to-go box and she handed one to me that I saw a large table of 7 people pass around and return un wanted to the counter. She just grabs it and hands it towards me like there was nothing wrong with it. I told I didn't want that one (covid and all) so she smirks as she has to go around the corner to get another. She never asked if my meal was OK but took my money, she even took an order from another table right by me but just left me sitting there like I'm not her problem. Really bad look for them but hats off to the cook!

Don't let the exterior fool you,! Perfect, traditional eggs Benny for me. Giant, delicy Cowboy burger with true, fresh made chips.

Well I'm never going to eat here again. Your chicken is disgusting and your kitchen is filthy. Thank you.

Broasted chicken was so greasy I couldn't eat it, online menu was in correct with prices, and when I called to complain the lady hung up on me. Won't go back!

I had the cheeseburger on Saturday and it might have been the best cheeseburger that I've had in a restaurant in this town in a long time. Served on a ciabatta bun and plenty juicy. I had tots instead of fries and they were delicious and they give you plenty. The restroom was clean, the service was great I will be back again and again.
