Great staff. Hannah up front is great and always remembered us and took care of our needs. Worst part is the wait times to get an appointment can be too far out. Gonna miss them though.

I will try to make an appointment in June because my dog really needs some attention, and they gave me time for an appointment in July!
This is not acceptable, very poor customer service

I have had so many issues with the Tanasbourne location. They never answer their phones, they don’t return calls, and they’ve blocked out so many appointments that you can’t even get it within 2 months. I’ve been calling several times a day for the last 3 days to get a prescription refill but they once again don’t answer and don’t return my calls. I have never had this bad of service at other locations. Washington square and Tigard are top notch. I’d just rather go to the closest location but clearly they are making it impossible.

Run from here, they will hurt your pet and they give very bad care of your pet and they are more expensive

Just another money hungry business. I would recommend going elsewhere for animal services. They are not comforting for the scared animals.
I would definitely recommend going to a vet that isn't a corporate run hospital.

We have been bringing our dog (cameron) here for years. The staff does an amazing job taking care of him and being very thorough. It also helps that he's such a social dog that is always excited to see his friends.

Asked for email receipt but got a link to their website and was unable to log in to get info. When was offered an email receipt, I expect to get one.

My dog had a drop off comprehensive exam today. When I picked her up, I was told everything went well and she was able to get a pedicure. After we got home, I discovered blood all over my car seats. Her nails were cut extremely short and her quick was actively bleeding in two nails. If I had been warned, I could have purchased something to stop the bleeding while I was there.

I switched over to this clinic from the Companion Care Clinic, and boy let me warn you all before you sign up for the healthcare plan to really read the fine print. Any pet insurance I’ve had affiliated with my clinic before, I have been able to cancel and be on my merry way. I tried to cancel and stop payments from the clinic, and now almost a year later I am being charged $550 dollars in collections for a service I used for maybe two months. Doctors are great, no complaints there, but this company is run by a bunch of crooks

Made a first time appointment on July 7th for our cat to be seen July 22nd. Just got a call this afternoon (July 21st) saying that our appointment was cancelled. Was given a run around reason that boiled down to 'an issue with the online system', and that there was no Dr.available. No offer to reschedule, or adjust our appt time - basically just given a 'sucks to suck' answer. I'm a reasonable person, but it just sounded like someone messed up and instead of fixing it, decided to take the easy way out.

I made an online appointment two weeks ago for my cat having urinary issues because the other local recommendations weren't taking new clients. I got an email confirmation after making my appointment, filled out the necessary forms to bring with. My appointment is tomorrow and I am just getting a call saying their online system doesn't match their current covid policies, which their site still has all the same info as when I made the appointment online, and they are canceling my appointment since there will be no doctor. Sounds like someone didn't check the online system and over scheduled, but now I'm on another 3 weekly waiting list trying to get my cat into a new vet. Completely unprofessional.

Always on time and through. Switched to them five years ago after they fixed a mistake my cats' prior vet made. Decent prices.

I just can’t say enough to explain how THANKFUL I am for this group. My poor Buddy was in a scuffle and they were able to get him in immediately. Curb side drop off was great. Dr Little and staff are clearly where they belong and it shows in the care they give. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I brought my very sick Pet in. The staff was ready for all the special needs. Jennifer was my veterinarian technician. She was amazing and I can’t thank her enough for being so loving to him.

Wonderful staff. This is the best place for your pets. Alia is wonderful at the front. Saved me so much money getting wellness plan
