Today Rogue, 3 yr old English Mastiff between 120-130 lbs is shy and scared if she doesn't know you. She had to go in today to get some of her vaccination (3rd time) at location. She is on the Optimum Wellness Plan (Dog Active Care Plan). Once she is introduce to something a few times she is ok. This time it didn't take her too long to get her on scale to get weighed last time so that was improvement. I want to RECOGNIZE:
Dr. Zachary VanHoesen, he was amazing with her. He was patient with her, could see she was just scared of the unfamiliar surroundings. He talked to her, was able to give her the vaccines, a few treats and even was able to pet her. BRAVO for talking the extra time needed with Rogue. SO much APPRECIATION for you and thankfulness! Can not say thank you enough. Look forward to seeing you again.
Really she is a big cat stuck in a English Mastiff body.

Routine 6 month puppy visit. Dr and staff were friendly both with me and puppy, explaining everything including bill!

I went to Banfield today and was informed that Bravecto was only available with a prescription. I then went to my normal vet and was informed that information was incorrect. Either the vet tech was lying to me or was grossly misinformed. I tend to believe the former more than the latter. It seems like all people want to do now is shake you down for every cent they can get.

Very kind and helpful. I drive all the way from grants pass to Medford because it’s the closest one and I really appreciate the service I receive. The nicest people. Really good medical care. <3

Wonderful vet experience and great front desk and scheduling service. They definitely are on my top pick as an emergency and regular veterinary care. Open weekends, too!

As a corporation they are awful worse company to deal with especially after your pet dies! But the vets and vet techs at Bamfield have always been great, helpful, knowledgeable and very compassionate especially Lexi, Lucy, Jolene and Dr Brown. Love the fact most Banfield are inside a Petsmart

My dog Bass was was diagnose with liver cancer and passed quick we had to put him down on August 7th and paid for his ashes and foot print and lock of hair. When we received his ashes there was no paw print and no hair.we have gone into the facilities 3 times and and called at least 8 with 2 returned calles, if that. I have spoke with
Lucy the manger several times as well as Michelle the receptionists.they said it was mailed out 8 days ago and and have apologized over and over but still nothing. I was told to wait 3 more days for Lucy to get back into the office. We have paid for the wellness plan for over 9 year and have been brushed off and treated horrible. I will give more detail on Monday apparently.

I have been going through banfield for 9 years with my golden retriever bass. We recently lost him on August 7th of this year to an unexpected cancer. We have had insurance through banfield on bass his whole life and just picked up his ashes near the 14th of august this year. We requested and made it clear (very nicely) that we would like his paw print and lock of hair along with his ashes. Everyone was told the same thing and when I picked up the ashes there was no print or hair. After addressing what was missing that day, banfield said they would need to talk to everyone who worked that day and find out if it was ‘misplaced’ I gave the benefit of the doubt and politely agreed. 5 days then went by and they were just contacting the last person who worked that day. In my eyes everyone should’ve been contacted that day being asked to come in for 10-15 mins within the next day or two so they could figure out what happened with this being so important. The lack of effort showed no caring or compassion. It is now august 25th and I still have no received either the paw print or the hair. Throughout calling everyday to get it solved I have been put on hold multiple times and going in person I have not been given any information up until this last week. I was told that there was a letter coming from banfield with an ink print on the back of it. Firstly, I’ve worked in vet clinics and that’s the profession I am 3 years into at a university studying and an ink print on the back of an ‘im sorry for your loss’ type of card is inconsiderate. I am writing this because I was told the letter was dropped at the post office last Thursday by the GM herself. I have yet to receive that in the mail (have verified address etc) and it’s over a week later from a place 10 minutes away from the post office. After calling today I received another “Lucy will call you Monday” so now we are waiting for yet another call that doesn’t ever seem to come. I and my family have been nothing but nice in this situation in hopes that it would help the process. It has not done that at all and I am now switching routes. Banfield did not follow through and in my eyes know they messed up and are attempting to cover it up or hope that with enough time going by we will give up and forget. The Medford location has many amazing workers such as dr.van band other techs but ultimately I have a building career in this profession and this is an unacceptable mistake. If anything own up to the mistake because nothing will give me those parts of my dog back that they failed to do. Bass was my baby and has gotten me through a lot of hardships, deaths, and life altering events. The fact that they can not even own up to a mistake that was clearly made hurts and I’m also trying to grieve my life long partner and best friend that I lost while having to go through this

One of the best experiences I've had at any Banfield. I was visiting from out of state when my dog got attacked by a deer and was limping/crying. They got him in immediately, and the vet was honest and didn't try to up sell anything. I wish this was the Banfield I could go to regularly.

Absolutely loved Banfield for my 15 year old Papillion. I haven't had upbeat and and friendly service like this in a long time. We have used lots of veterinary clinics and so far this is the best I've found. Reasonable prices. Was going to sign up for a wellness plan my last visit but we decided to hold off for a bit since our dog is already so aged. Would be great for a family who just got a puppy. I would highly recommend them to anyone just from our first visit. The vet was great.vet staff was great.and receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated them very much in a time of need!

Such amazing staff here. They were able to help me with a rather urgent matter when we were traveling through town and my dog needed meds. I'm so grateful for their care and they were quite fast! So so appreciative for their kindness.

My canine has been well taken care of each visit. My dog has been seen for blood work, lacerations, dental cleaning, and even for a weight management plan. Dr. Brown and staff are so wonderful, I can tell they care about the true wellbeing of my pet and that they take their jobs seriously. I appreciate their thoughtfulness, pre planning, and after care with all visits I have planned w my pet! Don’t be fooled that they are attached to Petsmart, in my experience this has been a good quality veterinary office for my pets needs.

Absolutely the most kind, wonderful staff I've ever worked with.
I never feel pressured to do medical procedures or meds I'm not comfortable with or can't afford. They are honest and informative in the best way to care for your dn addition to being incredibly kind and supportive when I had to lay my dog to rest; they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and in control of the process, respecting my emotional process.
Days later, we recieved a card in the mail- hand signed by every staff member there and they had made a paw print of Ollie before permanently laying him to rest. I didn't ask them to do this, I had no idea they had.and they will *never* know how deeply grateful I am for that small piece of him.
