Elderly people like my father don't have smart.phones or computers they need to post on doors when the branch will be open so they can use the services. Need to atleast cater to them and the handicap.

Been a BOA Customer over 20 years.
You want to make it Harder for me to access my account offline?
I think it’s time for a change.

Closed without notice until Thursday. Wasted my time by driving to 3 different locations, all were closed until Thursday without notice. Other customers were arriving and cursing BofA as they tried to open the locked door. Nothing was posted on door about the closure.

I usually don’t pay attention to reviews for a banking location. I thought: how bad could it be? Unfortunately, this branch is a bit incompetent. Today I visited for a wire transfer and waited in line for half an hour. When I finally got to the teller, he told me they were unable to do any wire transfers today because the sole person who can do them was unavailable for the rest of the day.

I said “ok, maybe you should put up a sign”
He replied “a sign about… no wire transfers? ”
I answered “yeah so people don’t wait in line”
To which he replied “sorry we don’t have a sign”

………. No kidding.

I almost put a note on the bank door myself to save people the time (the line continued to grow as I left), but I didn’t have any post-it notes in my car.

Anyways, the people at this bank don’t care about efficiently serving their customers. Go to a different branch for sure.

They open the deive-thru at 9: 30, double checked the hours online. Waited 10min for them to open and nothing. On top of that, when I went inside they help customers at the back of the line instead of helping people wanting the longest in the front. Thanks for nothing!

I come to this branch often and everyone is super friendly professional and helpful. Even when you call they help promptly. They could use more tellers, but everyone is short hand right now. I’m looking forward continuing service with this branch.

Yet another insulting experience dealing with Bank of America. I am a coin laundromat owner and the ability of my customers to get change from my change machines is fundamental to the operation of my business. Due to the national coin shortage my change machine is running lower and lower every week and I'm in real danger of running out of quarters. Obviously, once the quarters are gone I will be severely limited in my ability to provide a service. I get that I can't run to BofA and walk out with $3,000.00 in quarters because supplies are rationed. I GET THAT.what I didn't expect was for the branch manager, Chris, to tell me that he could give me $10.00. WOW, the health of my business is on the line and Chris's response to my situation is indifference. There was absolutely NO attempt at customer service or a willingness to even remotely assist, no "let me see what I can do", "let me call around". Or anything else. I couldn't recommend more strongly that you take you business elsewhere. It would literally be impossible to provide worse service so you've nothing to loose. If I didn't have existing payment and accounting structures in place through this bank, I would be long gone. They are truely a consistent let down.

Bank of America dishonest credit card practices - I have a BofA credit card. In December of 2018 I decided to pay off my balance. In preparation I called the customer service automated help line to verify my balance and then logged into my account to re-confirm the balance and to make the payment. The balance amount, specified "as of today" was paid and by the start of business on the following day my balance showed ZERO. You would think this is exactly how easy it should be.but it wasn't. 22 days later BofA charges me 2 separate interest charges for "balance transfers". Fearing that something was wrong and that my credit card had been compromised I call BofA Customer Service. The associate I spoke to informed me that interest charges are delayed 30 days and that the applied balance transfer charges were due in addition to the payoff amount because those charges aren't applied until the following billing cycle. Maybe I'm stupid, but how is it that BofA can tell me the PAYOFF amount and then not disclose additional pending non-purchase charges? To boot, the associate helping me really tried to make me feel stupid by continually saying "I'm trying to explain to you how banking works. " despite not being able to explain to me when, why or how a payoff amount ISN'T a payoff amount. This is a shady practice. This company always seems to find new ways to let me down.

Bad customer service. Tellers at this branch are rude and doesn't appreciate customer's business.
