There are zero lights on in the parking lot and drive up ATM
Come here to get robbed!

The tellers are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the outside ATM is frequently out of service.

Last week I came into this branch with my mom to get three things done.
1. Get the last two months of statements printed.
2. Get a cashiers check.
3. Get myself added to her account.

They helped us with 1 & 2, but said we’d have to come back and make an appointment for #3.
We came back to the branch 15 mins before the scheduled appointment, and I waited in line while my mom sat down. After almost 20mins waiting, I asked a teller “do you guys have a restroom my mom can use? She has Parkinson’s disease. ” The teller rudely said, ” nope. ”
So my mom kindly asked another banker who let her into their employee restroom.
I finally spoke up after waiting 25min in line, and said “we have an appointment at 11: 30, are we going to be late? ” The rude teller said “you don’t need to check in, you can just have a seat. ” Are you serious? ! So I waited for nothing? ! Great communication you guys.
I have not been happy with B of A service lately.

I haven’t been in here in a long time but I gave it a shot when in line to cash a check the check I had in my hand possession was a check I got off a project I did when I went to go cash it with the teller she had to go grab assistance and then fine and dandy till the big Teller came over and told me that this is a credit card check and she had to go in the back to indicate if it was OK to cash it she went back there to check came back and told me that she could not cash it? Remind you folks that I’ve been cashing checks for a long time and that check I had in my possession was ready to be cashed she lied to me to my face and walked away kindly with no more information on her end and didn’t give me a time and day didn’t work with me try to work with me she does not know how to keep a customer satisfied and do the right thing when there was no thing wrong with my check and just for her information I went to the other banker when I went to go cash it to my branch they laughed when I told them would’ve happened at the other location and they told me and they are bankers never heard of such a thing I would definitely not go to this bank ever ever ever again no way in hell

Worst branch ever! Sorry we can not do a withdraws more than $10,000. We don’t care that it’s an emergency. Sorry we don’t do wire transfer after 3pm, sorry we don’t do notaries. Save the hassle and go to another BOA branch. I recommend the one in Damascus.

Worst customer service! ATM jammed, didn’t get my money out and money isn’t in my account anymore. They said they couldn’t do anything about it until the system fixes it. Out of 100 bucks!

I have been a BofA customer for over 20 years and was extremely disappointed in the horrible service I received at this branch. I had approximately $10 in coins I wanted to deposit in my account and they refused to accept the coins. They don’t even have a coin machine. I went down the road to another bank and they had a coin machine, they counted the coins & exchanged them for bills. I guess it’s time to switch banks.

Slow rude employees and tellers that would rather chat with the elderly customers than help the people waiting in line.

Great experience opening new accounts and ilove the app. The app is the reason I bank with b of a now. I almost never have to go into a branch, but when I do, the staff here is helpful and quick.

The security guard gets paid to much he wouldn't even let me stand buy my mom inside the bank so other people had to stand out side

Terrible service female mngr wouldn't even help me with overdraft fee? One guy working 4 others sitting around. I asked what she was doing. She just told me to leave my own bank. I'll be changing banks soon. Sad deal
