Banner Bank, Tualatin OR

This review reflects this branch in particular and the customer service manager Heather. I don’t know how she even has a job in customer service. She makes this bank/branch look TERRIBLE. We purchased a boat for $30,000 from somebody who had a loan through Banner bank she was so unknowledgeable and didn’t even try to be helpful with questions I had since there wasn’t a decent paper trail of the loan process transfer. She told me to hand write my own receipt for what it was for when I asked for a memo of what I was spending $30,000 on. She also had the audacity to say they only do notaries for customers…I’m sorry I’m not a customer but I just gave your bank $30,000 and her attitude would NEVER make me want to bank there in a million years.
Luckily Robert was so kind to do the notary for us. Five stars go to him but unfortunately Heather ruined everything.
Also, must note while we are doing this transition that she takes a personal call in front of us and is talking about somebody buying a birthday gift for her.
