I would totally recommend Bar Towing! Sean was fun, yet very professional. Thank you Sean for getting my sister, me and my Jeep back to Portland and to my mechanic safe and sound. You made what could have been a real bummer into a fun trip back home.

Edit: after meeting the owner to pick up the vehicle I would add DO NOT allow your daughters or wife’s to go to this towing yard alone. The place is full to the brim of empty alcohol bottles and Sean is incredibly aggressive towards women. I didn’t feel comfortable alone without an officer being aware of the situation.

I wouldn’t ever recommend Sean and bar towing. I sold a vehicle to someone who later got it towed due to unfortunate circumstances before the new owner was able to get to DMV with the new covid restrictions. Sean made it very clear to call on a specific day to pick up the vehicle and instead of following through, has now hung up multiple times and says “I’m out of town” after he put it up for auction. I’m sure it will be a legal battle - but overall just beware of the business and their practices.

This is the worst towing company in Bend. Left a mother crying on the sidewalk holding her baby and demanded cash on the spot to release her car. This company practices EXTORTION on local people.

They weren’t able to tow us but they passed us on to someone who could and then CALLED US BACK to make sure we reached the other person. Really grateful for this consideration as we were in a bad situation.

Sean was awesome! We are not from Bend, but managed to lock our keys in our car there while visiting. BMW roadside assistance found Bar Towing and I’m so glad they did. Sean was able to be at the house within 30 minutes and he unlocked my car under 5. This was all after AAA came and told me they couldn’t get into the car. Thank you- we were able to begin our road trip home!

Sean was amazing! We found ourself in a stressful situation when my key fob decided to like the doors of the car on its own, with my baby and key inside! We called Bar Towing and Sean came to our rescue in MINUTES! He was so kind and helpful and got to us in 5 minutes. I am so thankful for his speed and thoughtfulness in helping us as quickly as possible!

Sean and his wife were incredibly helpful and flexible when we had a complex towing situation recently!

Shaun at Bar towing was extremely helpful and understanding. We were in a very difficult situation and he made us feel much better. Call anyone else if you have an emergency, they don't answer the phone. I tried calling for 2 hours and no answer after over 20 tries. # stranded

On vacation, I accidentally jumped in the pool with my car remote in my pocket! After trying my key several times, the car would not recognize the key. Frustrated, I called 4 Bend tow companies who seemed to do everything they could to not help me. Then, I called Bar Towing who took the time to help me get my car back on the road without even needing them!
Their website says that helping people is the goal of the company, and I have first hand experience that this is true!

Sean is a great guy. Was at the scene in minutes and towed me out of a challenging spot in a jiffy. Had great tips as well to prevent me from making the same mistake twice. Mucho thanks!

Sean and eric, are the most despicable people I've ever dealt with at a place of business. I did some shopping at Walmart, then I stopped at the McDonald's inside to get coffee. When I went back to where I parked my car it had been towed. They claimed that they were there to remove an abandoned travel trailer and my car was in the way. I picked the car up the same day there tow yard is less than 5 miles away it was $265.

After I paid Eric, he gave me a receipt, and released the vehicle to me. Then proceeded to block the driveway of tow yard with a tow truck, and closed the gate behind me. I told him to open the gate and move the truck he was keeping me against my will.he said he was going to call the police and proceeded to videotape me.

It was just a few minutes till 7 pm.he was trying to trap my vehicle there so I would owe an additional $45 in storage fees, was also hoping the police would find some reason to arrest me.he said:
" I'm scared, I feel threatened "

I was by myself, unarmed, made no threats of any kind.he was the aggressor holding me against my will

The owner Sean is a complete sociopath who talks in a monotone voice, very calmly.he sounds like he's high on heroin or opiates.acting real fake nice, saying that he hopes my life is full of meaningful connections, and purpose.also he hopes me and my family thrive.on the same day he unlawfully towed my vehicle and is extorting $265 from me, taking grocery money away from my children.

Sean is a Thief, liar, con artist, and sociopath, who doesn't work for a living.only steals other people's vehicles from parking lots.then extorts money out of them.also threatens to call the police and legal action when he doesn't like the way our conversation is going. Eric caused damage to front suspension transmission, drivetrain, clutch and flat-spotted all the tires from dragging it onto tow truck.

If you're ever in a position where you're forced to deal with these people.bring a video camera, the police, and your lawyer. I will be taking Shawn to civil court over this matter.
