Great paella and ceviche. I mistook it for a similarly named local place Barrio and was hoping for street tacos.

Wow this place is amazing! The food and cocktails were delightful. We got the jibaritos, ceviche, shrimp paella, and cheesecake. Everything was top notch! Plus, the patio is a great vibe on a summer day.

Great cocktails and small plates; novel flavors well executed for either option. We only tried a few items but 100% would come back anytime.

Service was great and food was delicious. I would definitely recommend. We had the shrimp cheviche, cheesecake and sangria slushy.

I recently discovered Bar Rio in Bend, Oregon, which is my new favorite place! The unique blend of a vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service, and truly delectable cocktails and tapas sets it apart from the crowd. Each tapa plate is fresh and bursting with creative flavors that tantalize the palate. The service staff impresses with friendly service and attention to detail. Bar Rio is not simply a bar; it's an experience. If you haven't visited yet, you're missing out.

So excited the new Bar Rio is finally open! I was thrilled to see paella still on the menu. It was even more delicious than I remembered. The cocktails are also amazing. The spicy chavurah and the frozen limoncillo were spot on. The interior decor is BEAUTIFUL! Live edge wood bar, exotic tiles, and warm lighting are a few highlights. I highly recommend stopping by for some cocktails and tapas.

This place is a 21 and over and is the perfect for high end cocktails and tapas. Holy cow the cocktails are mixology status! Bartenders and servers are very knowledgeable of all food and drinks. Blew me away, congrats can not wait to be here often!

Bar Rio is my new favorite spot in town! All the things that were loved from the old Barrio, but with a new elevated twist. The tapas menu is perfect for a few bites on a date night or even to share a bunch with a group. The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and makes you feel at home. You can tell there’s a lot of love and care being put into every cocktail and dish that’s being served. There’s a nice outdoor lounge out back that’s perfect on a sunny day or even to cool down in the evening. The interior is beautifully curated and compliments the whole vibe of the place. I’m excited to have a new cocktail bar in Bend!

5 friends visiting from out of town, this place exceeded our expectations. We got a table much quicker than estimated.
We ordered a large paella & 4 mezze tapas. Everything was so amazing. The beets tahina was a favorite. Mixed paella was excellently spiced. Food & drinks came out fast. Thank you!
