I moved into these apartments almost a year ago. I wanted something on 1st level and quiet which I was able to get. Maintenance and office staff is professional and ready to help. I really love my place;)

Such a warm and caring place to live! The leasing team is so kind and helpful. It is clear that they genuinely care about their tenants and providing a clean, well kept, and safe home. They are always eager and ready to help.

I had the best experience touring and moving into Baseline Woods. The manager Lacie gave me the upmost attention to every detail for my move in. She made me feel very welcomed and walked me through the process! This was my first time renting my own apartment and I couldn’t be happier!

If you are looking for an apartment you need to come by Baseline Woods.

What I was paying for rent was very reasonable for the area. My apartment was mostly quiet. I could hear kids from the neighboring daycare screaming their little lungs out on some days - didn't mind the background sound. Maintenance was always prompt and reliable. A kids playground is all there was for community amenities. The community has a single family feel to it. Residents usually took their dogs to the dog park. So no dog excrement all over the place. My apartment unit didn't feel luxurious but it didn't feel cheap either. Although, you could definitely hear your neighbors. Had an obnoxious neighbor and the management offered to move me.

Just moved in at the end of last month and Genisis as well as Lacie made everything go so smoothly! They got everything set up and ready for me virtual and worked with my schedule so I could get my keys. Such a great community and quiet place to live! They made me feel at home right away!

I can confidently say that the staff here are beyond exceptional. Lacie is always very diligent and makes sure that all of her tenants are well taken care of. It’s so refreshing to have a rental company that actually cares about their tenants, and the quality of their property. Everything always looks clean and beautiful, I’ve had only the best experiences here!

I wouldn’t live here if you have more than one car or a biggish truck/suv there is never parking, people are regularly towed for no reason! We can’t even open our windows for fresh air due to traffic noise from baseline road, but all so the smell of pot and cigarette smoke, was told it’s a non smoking community but that is clearly false! Since the year I’ve lived here it’s all I smell when I open my window. I live on the ground floor and have had 2 tweakers come right up to my back window in the middle of the night yelling and cussing at the air not a safe place unless you like to sleep with a firearm by your bed!

Great maintenance team. Staff is friendly. No pool but we have a covered picnic table and playground for kids.

An honest review! Leaving this review for anyone potentially looking to move in here as my fiancé and I wish we had a review like this to help us decide.

We rent a 2bed 2bath and inside the apartment it is great quality and we have never had an issue with anything falling apart. We were shown a model apartment and told we would be in the back corner in which was a VERY quiet one. In reality we were given an apartment right on Baseline road on ground level. After complaining and requesting to be switched to a different one in the complex they said we would need to pay a new deposit for the new one and a break lease fee AND the rent would be higher, when it would have simply been easy to just do a transfer but they must not care enough to keep good renters. The traffic is very loud at night, constantly hearing sirens, and people walking right next to your window. The area over the past year has grew in the amount of homeless and tweakers around the apartments. They scream, cuss, and we have even had an experience with them trying to come into our window in the summer being on ground level. Another issue is cigarette/weed smoke- you cannot open your windows at all for fresh air they have smoking centers they claim “off the property” but nobody follows that rule and they most definitely don’t enforce it. There is absolutely no parking. Each apartment comes with either an assigned space or garage but if you have more vehicle good luck you will not find a place to park it. For as many issues that come with the area and people they allow to move in now that have no common respect for others with their noise you would think these apartments wouldn’t charge more than $800 a month but no I am stuck paying $1500. When my lease ends I am stuck because I am expecting a child and with Covid it has impacted my fiancé and I’s job and we couldn’t afford to save deposit money to move where we will feel safe to grow our family. If you like homeless people, not feeling safe, cigarette smoke, constant stomping, not being able to park anywhere, and paying outrageous rent then these might be the apartments for you!

I like here because of the neighborhood and the easy access to max station. It a 10 minutes walk to the station. The maintenance staff are highly efficient and helpful. The staff are knowledgeable about most of the questions we ask them and are very courteous.

I have lived here for 3 years now and don't plan on moving! In the beginning of the pandemic they gave us money off our rent just to help. I live in a building that is facing Baseline Road and traffic is light and cant be heard in my apartment. The complex is well kept and when I have to contact the office or maintenance, they are very quick in the replies.

I personally enjoy living here. If I had to complain about something just like everyone else in the reviews I'd say its really annoying when other resident roll up in their car blasting music as if other people don't live here. Now let me give some positive feedback. I appreciate the quick email replies. I appreciate the maintenance team for trying to keep the community clean especially it being pet friendly you'd think residents would pick up after their pets. I mean if you are looking for a new home this is a great choice! That's what I'm trying to get at

I have lived at baseline woods for almost 4 years, I absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. The apartment itself is so nice and spacious. The neighborhood is very safe, and it’s awesome having parks near by! I would definitely recommend these apartments!

Very nice office staff. I am going to be moving from Michigan to Oregon in January and when I called with all of my questions the girl I talked to was professional and patient with me. I will be stopping by there for a tour before I go anywhere else. Hopefully it will be my new home!

Baseline is a good looking place until you start the process of what you’re actually signing up for. I moved in March 23 of 2020 this year and at first it was pleasant but then I realized there was a couple of issues. Sometimes you find people parked in your spaces randomly. Other situation is there’s a lot of people coming around digging in the dumpster taking things in the middle the night and you can hear it. Another issue it’s hard to contact the office during the day I had to call multiple times for other situations and there was a lot of miscommunication for a while and sometimes They dont even hear your voicemail for a while. Another issue is I got a violation for coming home real quick to get something from upstairs and I have a loud speakers in my car and when I came downstairs I opened my trunk and some random old man part of the neighborhood came up to me and asked me to turn it off I turned it down for him and it was way less louder but he still demanded for me to turn it off I told him no I’m trying to do something please go away and he put in a complaint about me the same day little to come home later on to a violation off of one person‘s opinion. Another thing to be cautious about is that these people are good people, kind people but I feel like they’ll do almost anything to pinch a penny. When I signed my lease agreement they told me it was for 12 months turns out later on I found out that it was for 15 months I requested that it be shortened to 12 but they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Another issue is that some people who smoke in their apartment, if they smokes in their bathroom, that smoke travels up into our vent in the bathroom and it smells sometimes like cigarette smoke or weed. Overall this place doesn’t really have much to offer there’s no real good amenities all there is is a nice Clean environment and some of these units come with free garages. I happen to have gotten one of those but I can tell you right now it’s not worth it. I most likely will want to move out of this apartment by the end of the lease.so if you choose to move-in here make sure you check your apartment and all of its functions I found out there’s a tiny hole in the floor barely noticeable in the kitchen and the same thing goes for my medicine cabinet another thing we found to was there was a piece of carpet that was cut and it was just glued on the floor later on I stepped on it and it moves and I had to call the maintenance guy only for him to superglue it again. I’m really scared that this place will even take your security deposit completely.

DO NOT RENT HERE!
This company will screw you any chance they get. When my wife and I moved in we were ecstatic. We had just moved to the area from the South East U. S. We had some issues financially so we had to pay a higher deposit. All well in that matter. Upon move out, Pictures and everything, they said that we destroyed the carpet and that replacement was $1,140.00. That is over half of our deposit. You will not be called by anyone that can explain anything nor does the property management company C&R real estate. I am now going into legal action due to the company not even being willing to call me back for an explanation.

I HAVE NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH MOVE OUT INSPECTIONS AND PRICING. I expected maybe $600 in normal expenses, NOT $1500.00! THEY WILL TRY AND SCREW YOU!

Not even one star. When I walked in the office the leasing agents were just sitting the couch like they were at home. Both extremely rude and disrespectful. How the owners have them as employees is beyond me. Clearly the boss doesn’t visit. I ended up finding a way better apartment complex that was run by adults.
