Paul was helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and generous with his time and expertise. His scheduler was also extremely kind, professional, and went out of her way to meet our narrow availability. It is not often that you find a home improvement vendor that goes out of their way to actually save you money and find simple solutions for your concerns. I would highly recommend these folks!

After installing a brand new tub in our bath remodel, we found some hairline crack defects. Upon contacting the tub manufacturer, they sent Bath Crest to access the issue. Right from the beginning, Bath Crest jumped right in and handled everything from dealing with the manufacturer to the repair job. We received amazing service from everyone we dealt with. From the office personnel to the technician the professionalism was top notch. Our technician was Joaguin who did the actual repair work. He was prompt, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing, even stopping and showing me at various steps of the project. He worked quickly, steadily and completed the tub in the time frame he had given. He did a wonderful job, loved the matched color and left our new tub even better than we expected.

During renovations, someone put a small hole in our new tub. Bathcrest came out and fixed it. I cannot even tell where they repaired it. It looks brand new. They were on time, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Cant thank or recommend them enough!

So happy I found this place! Probably saved me $1,000 by fixing my old tub and making it look brand new again. I recommend asking for Joaquin, if he's available. There's artistry and skill required for this type of work, and Joaquin definitely knows what he's doing.

sturdy, good work installing a grab bar. They have installed several in my home for use following knee surgeries.

From the first call to the finished job, Bathcrest was great to work with. I needed a handrail installed for my bathtub and got just what I needed. Joaquin even brought several handrails to choose from and consulted with me on the best location for maximum effectiveness. I would highly recommend them.

If you have a chip or ding in your tub, these guys work magic. I’m a contractor and have used them at least a half dozen times. They also refinish tubs, but I haven’t used them for that service. Very reasonable prices with excellent craftsmanship, highly recommend!

We needed an assessible option for our tub/shower. Bathcrest cut the tub, allowing easy entry. They refinished the area, added grab bars, and a shower handle cradle. This was the most affordable option. Joaquin was professional and trustworthy.

We had a dime size chip in our shower repaired by Bathcrest. Joaquin was our technician. He arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job. We cannot see where the chip was and are very happy with the repair work done.

While our tile setter was setting tile, a couple of them fell off and damaged the new fiberglass tub. There was a small hole and several nicks. Joaquin Ros did an amazing repair job, you cannot even see where the damage had occurred. Joaquin was very polite, professional and did a quality job. We will definitely recommend this company.

We needed chip repair on a large double kitchen sink and Joakim did an excellent job, going above and beyond, matching slight color variations from previous jobs, putting in far more time and effort to get it just right.
