If you see my other reviews, you’ll see that this is my first negative review. However, the treatment I received today cannot go without comment. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I was treated pretty badly about five years ago but walked out thinking that everyone deserves one bad day so I said nothing. Today was a full floor below RUDE! Not only did he give horrible service, but he literally said “I’m not listening to you. ” And, he wasn’t. As near as I could tell, he was eavesdropping on his fellow employee, trying to resolve a problem with another customer who was also unhappy with the way they broke his cell phone. It’s not like I was in there asking for a rocket ship. I was just asking for a 9 V battery that would work in my TENS machine. I’m having my knee replaced in two days and it took every bit of strength I had, to walk into that store only to be treated worse than the worst day of Comcast service. I own a pretty successful company with about 4000 clients that I will definitely steer away from Batteries Plus. I have no idea how they got their review rating as all the other rating services (I.e. Trust Pilot, Sitejabber, Better Business Bureau, FaceBook, Complaints Board) give them substantially less than 3 stars but if you read the complaints, you’ll find that 90% are about unresolved horrible customer service.

I really appreciated the second opinion I got here regarding my battery. Auto Zone Auto Parts on TV HWY tried to scam me into a new battery when it was totally unnecessary. It was a butchy women with an attitude. I went Batteries and Bulbs and was stoked when a gentleman helped me immediately with his tester and showed me it was actually doing very well with sufficent cranking amps in the green and %100 charge. Thanks y'all, good lookin out. I'll be going here now and defenitley avoid *AUTO ZONE AUTO PARTS* YOU DONT NEED BUT WE'LL SELLUM AS MUCH AS WE CAN! Batters and Bulbs all the way!

The team here is very knowledgeable and they provide great customer service. I had an issue and needed to return a battery - it was under warranty and they replaced it instantly. No hassles at all.

They broke my car's key fob.
It was working fine when I took it to them. Probably didn't even need the battery replaced. I just took it to them with a bunch of various fobs to change all the batteries at once.

Ever since receiving it back from them, it doesn't work. I get in the car with the key fob and it says "KEY ID INCORRECT". I have to hold the fob directly up by the sensor and wait 30 seconds before the car will start. Then once it starts it says "No key detected".

I replaced the battery twice myself after them. It's not a faulty battery. I don't know what this shop did while replacing a battery but they somehow managed to ruin a key fob.

Obviously not recommended.

Came into Batteries Plus to have the screen replaced on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and I am so glad I did! Fantastic customer service by both Austin and Gary. Very impressed with this location, which is why I continue to use their amazing service. They replaced my screen without a hitch, and my phone is good as new!
