Noah at the shop gives you faith in humanity someone who knows what they're doing has incredible customer service skills was incredibly helpful in replacing a battery in an air pump blower pretty esoteric thing that he handled perfectly.

They are so helpful and knowledgeable. This is my go to store for any light bulb or battery. They also have windshield wipers and will install them for you.

Very professional and timely service with a price that is great (at least for older iPhones like the 8).

I have honestly never had such a terrible experience with a repair in my life. I had external insurance for an iPhone XS, which listed this store as one of the optional repair locations for a cracked screen. When I went to pick it up the following day, they told me they couldn’t repair the crack that extended to the back, but repaired everything else. Then they tried to charge me full price, to which I responded this was going through insurance. The girl who was helping me had never done any of this before, and it took over an hour and a half to get it straightened out, meanwhile some other man who worked there, who did not have all of the information, started interjecting with inapplicable suggestions in a very condescending tone. The end result was that they lost the case for the phone I brought it in with and claimed I must have “lost” it, the entire repair was not completed, but I was charged $150 for it, and the screen that had just been “fixed” stopped being responsive 5 hours after I left the store. Just a heads up to anyone trying to fix an iPhone, go to the Apple store. At least they know what they’re doing.

Easy to order online and pick-up at the store, and you get 10% off when you do that. Very good experience both online and at the store!

Super helpful-installed my wiper blades for me (in the rain!). Definitely not as cheap of a selection as I would've preferred, but the blades are top-quality as are the bulbs I got. Convenient location. Limited parking.

Their service is definitely as advertised.had a few issues with replacements (factory issue, not theirs) and they were always more than willing to make it right.seriously cant iterate how much the whole team at this location went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.thank you

I had made an appointment online to have my iPhone 5c battery replaced. I arrived early but they took care of me right away. I had backed up my phone at home but nothing was lost and it was a quick process. I can see a difference in how long the phone holds the charge. I had a car key fob replaced the same day. I appreciate that they install the batteries as well as sell them.

Awesome place to get your phone fixed! I had a tricky situation with my iPhone 5. They kept at it and got it working again. Good people!

Took my grand daughter's iPhone 6S to replace broken screen (usually use Gadget Fixit - excellent also) but Batteries Plus was more convenient. Rob took phone and performed a check of phone in our presence to make sure it was in working order. He took phone and told us to come back in about an hour. He called me before the hour was up to let me know phone was ready and usable, but the "home" button had been damaged in the process.
When we picked up the phone he told us that Apple does not let one repair the home button so he was going to get her a replacement phone - at no charge! He didn't even charge for the repair. Called me a few days later to let me know the the replacement phone was in but did not meet his standards so he was ordering another - amazing customer service. When I picked up the new phone it was perfect and he even gave us a discount on the protective screen we bought! No hassle at all - great service!

All the folks at this store are mellow and well-informed.they helped me with a really weird iphone problem and swapped out the charging port for me.i had a lot of follow up questions that they helped with.they've usually got deals on bulbs and batteries too - - highly recommend.

I like the concept of ordering online and picking up at the store, it was in and out. The clerk was helpful with other questions I had also.

Although the website has reviews of Porsche owners with happily installed new batteries I was told they would not do the install. Nice enough to reccomend another shop but a huge waste of time.

Got confirmation call for 6pm appt. Techs at 6: 10 couldn't fit me in. Serves me right for being late?

Easy. Ordered a car battery online, came in the next morning and helped me install it within an hour. There was only one staff person, so be patient as they have to deal with all customers and set the right expectations. If you're in a crunch for time, I'd suggest calling ahead or maybe check other auto parts places that have more staff.

They replaced my Prius remote battery for $10 + another $7 for all future batteries. I was unpleasantly surprised later to learn that I could buy a package of 3 of the same batteries for $3.95 on Amazon. I thought this was a good store, but now I realize it's a giant ripoff!

I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced for $125 three days ago. My screen flickers and has blacked out. The screen replacement is lower resolution and slightly off color.

DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED AT BATTERY PLUS. For $125 I expected far better.

The guys who worked here were plenty nice so no worries about those two.

Very accessible and I found the staffs very friendly. The problems I had with my two cellphones were resolved immediately through their help.
