Great bunch of folks that work there. Surprisingly busy but they were very professional and moved through each customer efficiently. Prices for key fobs were same as other companies in the area. Glad I went with them, and they guarantee their work and product.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service. And, they have just about anything one could ever need as far as batteries go.

Poor customer service. Also bought a screen protector from here had them replace my old one for a new one they told me it had a 1 year warranty, a year after that I’m here trying to replace my cracked screen protector for a new one thinking it would be at no charge, come to find out they won’t replace it because they claim my screen protector I have on my phone isn’t their product even tho this is the only place I ever had my screen protector changed at. For that I give you ah 1 start

Employees were friendly, they remade a key for us. Key fobs were no good, they only give you a 3 month warranty in them. Seems like it would be longer as much as they charge for the fobs.

I didn't actually end up getting my phone fixed here but they started working on it and almost had it finished when I called and said I changed my mind. They put it back to the way it was without charging me. They deserve 5 stars just for being so patient with me.

Amazing customer service! They take their time to explain things accordingly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

They installed a new screen in my galaxy s8 with a defective screen. A black dot appeared and two craters under the glass became apparent. When brought to their attention less than 2 weeks after repair, they blamed me and refused to do anything for me. I will not be supporting this business ever again

The business does not answer the phone during open hours, and the recording loops over and over...

The best service. Worth checking out! I wondered why stop there, when I can just go to W. Mart. Well, after my first visit, I found out why! You gotta check these guys out. They offer quite a lot of services, besides Bulbs n Batteries. Great job folks! Thank you. Finally a store with actual customer service! /

The location is centrally located within the city and easy to access, the staff onsite are knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. While there are a plethora of additional stock items available, they are not pushy on the up sale. It is offered, discussed and we move on. Pricing is competitive as well. Highly recommended!

I came in with a bulging screen and they diagnosed it immediately as a swollen battery and had it fixed beautifully in 2.5 hours. They even offered water to my thirsty kids! Great experience.

I purchased 26 LED bulbs for my travel trailer, batteries plus was WAY cheaper then the dealership. Sales guys was extremely helpful and even taught me something, told me to wear latex gloves while I handled the bulbs. I did the installation and was extremely happy. We took our first trip with the trailer, a 3 day trip to Pacific city. Right away I noticed that several of the bulbs were flickering. I disconnected from the power at the campsite thinking that might have been the issue, but it wasn’t. By the time we left 3 bulbs quit working completely and 5 were flickering like strobe lights. I pulled all the bulbs and took them with the original packaging and my receipt back to the store. I was told it has to be a problem with my trailer and to have it checked. So I hauled y trailer to the dealership. They installed their bulbs and I had no flickering at all. I called Batteries plus and told them what we found. They told me to bring my bulbs back to the store and they’d switch them out. So I hauled my trailer back home and again went to the store. I had the bulbs that flickered marked so they wouldn’t get mixed up, I put a small black dot with a sharpie on the package. They told me since I marked up the package they were unable to exchange the bulbs

Excellent service! They replaced a shattered iphone screen that had "gone dark" and that I wasn't even sure was salvageable. I was very pleased with their work.

Love this place. They always have or can get the wierd batterys that i need for vintage motorcycles im restoring

Just had my charge port replaced on iPhone 6s, staff was friendly and fast despite having a very busy day. Overall high quality of work. Would recommend!

Was happy with my initial visit paid $112 for a new battery for my car. Less than a week the battery was dead. Took my car to mechanic they said it was a bad battery. They sold me a battery that was over a year old. When I took it back and tried to get a new one the guy argued with me, said he was a battery expert. I had to argue to get it replaced. Horrible service! I work I retail and you don’t sell old products to people and when you get caught argue with the customer instead of just replacing the product that didn’t work. My job refers our customers to you when we don’t have the product in stock our customers are looking for. I will no longer send people your way!

They fixed my iPhone 7 screen in about 2 hours, great service. I didn’t even think my phone could be fixed, and I didn’t know batteries plus offered this service! So great!

No complaits. Took a phone in to test the battery and it was confirmed it was bad. Inquired about a car battery and they came out and put a load on the 5 ur old battery and it was still operating within the parameters. Priced their 2 and 3 year battery and they were kind of pricey compated to my regular battery spot.

Battery was ready when I came to pick it up and they help me get my discount which I had not worked on line. Great service! Can’t wait to install it in my motorcycle.

We found the battery that we needed right away. However we had to wait more than 1/2 hour to check out, because one of the clerks was busy with a truck battery. The other clerk was overwhelmed with a customer that needed something that he couldn't find on the computer. Not at all impressed with the service.
