Just got a refurbished battery a week ago.

It is DEAD NOW. WILL NOT START WHATSOEVER. HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Came in and thought I needed a new battery because Les Schwab said I did. They found it to be just fine for it's age and replaced a loose contact that I had needed fixed forever for next to nothing.

I ended up with a dead car battery that I didn't need for a core deposit, brought it here and there friendly staff gave me a nice bit of money and some interesting education on 12v electrical stuff. While I was there they helped another patron identify the obscure battery he needed for some unusual device. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

I came in at around 4pm, an hour and a half before closing. My other truck was being worked on, and my only other truck I had to get to work and back needed an alternator. The gentlemen working at the time helped me out and rushed an alternator over to put in my truck before closing. Definitely going back for any of my electrical needs. Five stars all around.

Great place for cheap batteries. They are friendly and even install the batteries for you. I've come here a few times and they have always been able to take care of what I need.

Great prices! I'm a dealer and I have found this place has better prices compared to all the other used battery dealers in the area. Also they seem to have more batteries in stock on demand than the other places that I have seen. Sometimes I'll even drive farther just so I can get the battery here because I know I'll be able to get the right one and get it installed efficiently.

Let's give this place a review worth the effort these guys put in to your car! I would have to say that these guys should change their logo to home of the last honest mechanic. They are truthful and knowledgable about you cars electrical needs. From alternators, started to batteries they get the job done.

Went in thinking I needed a new battery, and they found the problem with my starter. Didn't not over sell me was just Awesome! Replaced my starter in my 1990 Chevrolet Silverado and now I am back on the road!

Eployees are great. They are very helpful, honest, and friendly. They offer a variety of services and advice. You can't go wrong with battery x-change. I've been going here for my entire adult life, and have never failed me. One time they even called me to tell me that something I had requested didn't need to be done. They had checked it out (for free), and found it to be in working order. They saved me a bunch of money with their honesty. I highly recommend this business. They are conveniently located (the one I go to) in oregon city on the corner opposite the 7-11 minimart, and next door to a great place to eat, the super torta. When you are in need of electrical assistance for your vehicles, just go to baterry x-change.

They will trouble shoot your battery and alternator but highly overpriced for their services to install, that was my experience with them

After replacing our work truck, that unexpectedly blew up, we discovered our "new" vehicle had a bad starter. Battery exchange replaced the starter at a fair price, and then they corrected the hacked up wiring at no additional cost.

They buy back old batteries, I told my buddy. He loaded up 13 batteries into my Subaru. They took them all back. We also purchased a new battery. Nice couple of guys.

This is a great place for battery service. We needed a complete recharge due to having let our battery run dry. They didn't charge us for our stupidity, and gave us good information for future care.
