My son needed a battery and we choose to check out battery x change. Xander helped us out. Explained throughly warranty and core replacement. Very personable. Excellent customer service. He made the transaction easy for my son and we left feeling good about the purchase. I know it's just a battery. But Xander did a great job. Need a battery go see Xander.

Don’t waste your time came here many times used to do business, here phone rang 10 times while the guy is looking at his phone I started laughing. No customer service ended up finding a place down the street for 100 dollars cheaper, amazing auto service had the battery for cheaper and actually answered the phone

Xander was absolutely awesome, super nice and explained all our options. Would come back (hopefully won’t have to for a long time) and recommend to friends.

Don't waste your time, batteries are $30-$100 cheaper for same brands on Amazon. If you got prime. They are WAY over priced.unreal.psshh!

I wrote a review a while back and wanted to post this note again due to the exceptional customer service that I received from Xander yesterday.

Our Subaru Outback had a dead battery yesterday morning that we were able to jump start so I could drive to Battery X-Change. When I drove in, Xander was extremely professional saying that he would be with me in a moment as he was finishing up with 2 other customers and he was short-staffed.

A few minutes later, he gave a quick diagnostic and showed me that I needed a new battery. In the process of watching him replacing my battery, I realized that I forgot my wallet and was able to call my wife on the spot to have her drop it off a few minutes later.

Xander provided amazing customer service, cleaned undeneath the front hood where the battery was going and even sprayed some anti corrosive material on the new battery to keep it in good shape.

I highly recommend seeing Xander if you find yourself in a similar situation. He is the man!

Replaced the battery in my car. Had issues afterwards with dash warning lights. They finally helped fix it.

Great experience changing my review this time around. I was greeted and they tested my battery.

Now, before this I had just gotten my car repaired and the repair guys said I needed a new battery. I thought it was strange because I didn't have any problems prior.

I went to pick up my car and it wouldn't start. They had to jump it. So I'm like okay I need a battery. They quoted me $238 for a battery. I said no way. I went to a doctor's appointment and left my car running. After that, I get out of doctor's appointment and I head to Battery Xchange having left the car on.

They tested battery, I turned off car turned it on and tested it and they said I had a full charged battery and didn't need a new battery. I was told it's possible previous mechanic accidentally left door open or something on and let battery drain but previous mechanics should've had a tester.

Wow, my previous mechanic I wrote a scathing review these guys here at Battery Xchange were honest good guys. Professional. Thank You and I recommend this place to anyone. Even if I got a battery here it would've been more than $100 cheaper.
