I love working with Bay Appliance! When It became apparent that our freezer (that was loaded with meat) was on its last leg, we went down to see Bryan at Bay Appliance. As always Bryan was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us a freezer that would serve our needs and even delivered it to our home within 2 days of our purchase and of course hauled away our old freezer. Bryan even went so far as to contact us an hour before delivery so we could unload the freezer before the new one got here. Great price. Great customer service. Free deliver and old appliance removal. What more you ask for?

Tried so hard to resolve our situation without leaving a Bad Review. Impossible! Bought a Oven recently and after 4 Service calls to fix a "Brand New oven.it still has a horrible Sound and still burns our food"! I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

I recently bought a refrigerator at Bay Appliance and my experience couldn't have been better. I knew exactly what I wanted and Bryan showed me the options and I purchased one. Bryan was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I think I was in the store not more than 15 minutes. He told me when it would be delivered the following week and it came right on time.the men set it up in my house taking again about 15 minutes.couldn't be happier and I love my new refrigerator! From now on I will continue to do business with Bay Appliance

My mom has recently moved into memory care. The bed she had was awful. She could literally feel the springs. I live in California so I was going to order a mattress from Amazon or Walmart.
My fiancé was a gem and had made calls of places in Coos Bay that could deliver directly.
He chose this company.
We both talked to Brian and I let him know the situation.
He was very kind and made sure the mattress I wanted was in stock since there was only one left.
The mattress was cheaper than If I had ordered it online. A name brand that I know and trust.
And there was no delivery fee.
My mom received it the next day and was so happy. Talking about how wonderful the mattress felt.
How nice the delivery guy was. He had taken her old mattress to throw away. Added bonus.
Whenever I need anything that this company can help me with I am ordering from them.
I am also going to tell the people I know who live in that area about them.
I am over the moon happy with Brian’s customer service and the fact that my mom is so happy.

My Kenmore washer quit spinning. Bay Appliance guy came. (didn't care about his dirty shoes) Messed with machine, suggesting a belt problem. (My Kenmore series has NO belt!) He ran cycle, water only, says OK. Charged $85 and left Guy scrawled on service order: 'stuck inbetween
ajutat? And spin got to shift checks ok'. (spelling? Punctuation?) Our first small load with clothes, spin quit. Bay Appliance management said guy their top serviceman! Local RESTORE shop professionally, quickly, personably and reasonably repaired machine for more than $100 under a Bay Appliance quote. Never again will I have ANYthing to do with Bay Appliance!

We just purchased our new appliances with Bay Appliance. After spending a month ordering appliances with other companies and being told that they were all on back order and would take weeks to get delivered, We went in to Bay Appliance and met with Darren. He had just received the refrigerator that We wanted And had the oven in stock. The other appliances, the microwave and dishwasher were delivered to us within a week and a half. Everything was installed by Bay Appliance. The installers were extremely professional and very careful in our home. We are so happy to have new appliances finally! We would highly recommend buying appliances with Bay appliance. Go see Darren!

Personnel were friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend you try this local business.

Avoid this place. Damaged my house refused to reimburse me and left without completing the job.

Order your parts off Amazon and have a local handyman to complete your work.

It was great got just what I wanted and at a good price and the people that worked there were great

They sent out a repairman for my dryer back in June, it is now October and they haven't been back to fix my dryer. I have a broken dryer that IS UNDER A WARRANTY and this business is not fixing it like the warranty says they are to do as they are in a contract.

This is our third purchase of appliances from Bay & once again pleased with their follow through. Chad did a great install with our new dishwasher, took away the old, great!

Very poor customer service from owner was looking for new washer cuz mine died suddenly, First place I thought of was Bay Appliance and I was disappointed found washer at better price anyhow!

Although they were able to get the part I needed. They charged me an outrageous amount then surprised me with a $60 core charge total bill $337.95. Average price ranges from $29-$120 at most other locations. Just a heads up

They don't list prices on their website. I want to comparison shop not call every appliance store and talk to sales people all day. I'll skip them and look at places that list prices. I'm sure they will use the "our prices change so often we want to make sure you have the lowest offer" excuse but while visiting the store it seemed like they only had expensive products, I can finder cheaper prices online for the same products.

Bought a used washer for $400 from them. It broke just 2 days outside of warranty period. I'm sure they would have worked with us since they seem nice enough, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Used Craigslist instead and that's worked well for us.
