Beachfront Garden Inn, Lincoln City OR

This condo is in an excellent location and is located right on the beach with an amazing ocean view and easy beach access. It was clean and well furnished. It also has its own designated parking spot just feet from the front door. We found the hosts to be responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

If you're reading reviews to see about booking this place or not.here's your warning, DO NOT BOOK HERE. We had to cancel because of work schedules unfortunately and we canceled with 26 days before our stay date and we got no refund. They kept $321 that we paid and when we tried to resolve and come to some kind of agreement they wouldn't. So they care about your money more than anything else and I think that is terrible. I refuse to support a business that cares more about themselves and money than anyone else. Update: The owner wanted us to call him regarding this review, and he was completely unprofessional and rude to my husband.

Great location in Lincoln City & near the beach. The home & furnishings could use updating. There is no dishwasher. It was clean & the patio & hot tub were wonderful! Very scant amenities, so don't plan on making meals here unless you are bringing what you need. The hide-a-bed couch needs replacing - cushions are broken down & so uncomfortable to try & sit on. The bathroom & shower are tiny! The fenced front yard was a bonus since we were traveling with our little pug. You can see & hear the ocean from the house which is always wonderful!
The rental agent was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. There are lists of rules & expectations (vacuum, take out garbage, start laundry, wash & put away dishes) posted on the fridge. Understandable, but we found the threat of charges for incomplete tasks unnecessary.
It was fine for our 3 night stay as we spent most of our time out exploring, but we wouldn't rent there again.

Warm, homey, beautiful and clean place right on the beach. It has one can ever need at home away from home. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in Beachfront. We have stayed with them four times in the past and had plans to spend Thanksgiving with them. Due to a medical emergency, my husband was not able to travel and although we gave them more than a 30 day notice, they would not refund ANY of our money-over $700 lost-no regard to circumstances or that we have been past customers. We will NEVER stay with them again.

DO NOT GO HERE! This was place and that man was a NIGHTMARE! Let me start with the fact that we’ve been to The Purple moon a few times with my mom who’s now passed away so it held sentimental value to us and the stay wasn’t bad, once.the second time we came to spread my mothers ashes, that man charged our credit card for a towel rack (that was already broken) and a knob on the stove We couldn’t prove we didn’t do it so we decided not to fight the $150.yes $150 for a towel rack and a stove knob. Now 2 years later, we decided we love what that place means to us so we’ll give it another try. WORSE MISTAKE EVER. He stormed onto the beach as we roasted s’mores with our kids at 10 o’clock at night and made us pack everything and get out because we didn’t put on the paper that our kids, 7 and 13, were with us.he came down to that beach angry and immediately started raising his voice at us in front of everyone standing there, telling us “YOU LISTEN TO ME! ” and as my 7 year old was crying hysterically, he smiles and waves as we pull away (I have video) taking a picture of our license plate for some weird reason, he already charged our card for the night and now refuses to refund. This man is a psychopath and has no soul in my opinion. We are taking this matter way further but I wanted to warn you of this place and that man who claims he owns it. You may have one or two okay stays (as long as you’re not there when it rains because the downstairs unit 3 roof leaks into the room right on your head if your sitting in one of those recliners starring out onto the beach) but eventually he will find some way to overcharge you or straight kick you out for no reason. I feel regretful we didn’t call the police on him right then and there but honestly we were humiliated and wanted to leave at that point. This guy is a con artist, he chooses his victims wisely so beware!

Beautiful views, Very nice.we had a warm sunny day to sit out in the lawn chairs and enjoy the day.

Since we brought our little dog, we wanted patio access. Not only did we have that, we also had a nice private yard and just steps to the beach. Perfection! Definitely is our new go-to spot!

Beware. This place looked cute and interesting. But looks are deceiving. Does not deserve 1 star. I noticed later its all good reviews. Because you cannot review on trip advisor, it does not recognize this place. I will let you rate it but not review it. STRANGE, That should of been a red flag. I had planned a coastal trip for my husband before his cancer surgery in August. But as luck would have it, hospital had a cancelation and bumped up his surgery during our planned coastal vaca. Could not get my refund back of $841.43. We have been going through a lot as a family. Wanted to do something special for the family and lift his spirits. Called Casey, which fell on deaf ears, All I kept hearing was " profit". It should depend on the situation. He didn't want to hear it, I hope he had a great time on our behalf. Because that was a lot of money to us to lose.
If trip advisor doesn't recognize this place, you should ask your self " WHY". And go somewhere else. What are they hiding! Another lesson learned at or expense. Again BEWARE

Been coming to this place for years! And almost hate sharing my found gem! Cus it's harder to get in last minute. But must share peaceful places cuz we all need them! Ken and Casey have ALWAYS done there best at accomadating us. Extreamly clean and well kept! Thanks again for a great getaway!
