Hotel Beachfront Inn reviews
14Appreciate my dogs able to stay with me in a decent hotel. Morning at the beach was serene and relaxing
Clean hotel for a coast room and pet friendly. Breakfast buffet included was stellar. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beach is 1 minute easy walk. Heated pool and hottub. Would stay again.
Quiet rooms right on the beach! Comfortable beds and pet friendly! In fact every place we went in the area was pet friendly! Loved everything!
First I couldn't check in till 4p.m. Then when I got to the room first thing I noticed is that the floor was dirty. I'm sure the didn't vacuum because I found someone's hat on the floor. There was an open soap in the bathroom and hair on the floor. When I made coffee there was a used used coffee filter in the coffee maker. Staff was friendly and the views were nice. That's it lot of money for a dirty room.
Wow. What a great place! Our room was clean and the view was top notch. And the price was extremely reasonable.
During our stay we were on the second floor of a building where the elevator is not working (appears to be extensive repairs going on). They did confirm we were willing to take that room when we asked to check in at 2pm (beggars can’t be choosers). But be aware!
There was a dog in the room directly above us that began barking loudly at 5: 40am and did not stop for 15 minutes. It then barked on and off for the next two hours. Of course, my kids woke up and were unable to sleep thanks to our loud neighbor. I did recommend at checkout to the front desk that pet rooms be together in a corner of the hotel somewhere so as not to ruin the experience of other guests like it did for us.
Finally - the pool is outside and not heated. Come on!
This place was just perfect! The staff was wonderful, the location and balconies can’t be beat on the beach, and the breakfast was super delicious and offered a lot of options for a hotel breakfast. If you want a place on the beach, this is it.
I can’t say enough good things about the Beachfront Inn! Room was clean and roomy. Staff was very professional and friendly.
For the price of 300 plus a nite you would think this place has some kind of cooling system. My biggest beef thou is they only service your room if you stay 4 or more nites. After day 2 of using the same damp towels what's the point in having a shower esp when your trying to wash the sweat off of a long day out and a hot nites sweat. So the trash overflowed, no toilet paper, we got into the room with half a roll. Couldn't get any room service for that even so we bought some. I've stayed at all sorts of places and I've never seen a place that charges this much to not service a room. Weird part is they had housekeepers but even when you asked them all they say is we will get to it but never do, so we got lied to off the bat.
Newly remodeled, very clean, quiet, perfect location, friendly efficient staff. Breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean waves lulling us to sleep.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and thought the views were beautiful. The hot breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of food. I would definitely stay here again.
For the price we paid, not worth it. But also probably the best place to stay in the area if you are traveling with pets.
The things I really liked were.
-awesome and beautiful location
-comfy beds with a nice bathroom
-hot breakfast
-cheap pet fee ($15 per night and per dog)
The things I didn't like about this place were.
-advertised heated pool but was not heated. Plus everything in the pool area was really worn down and ghetto looking.
-advertised breakfast going until 9: 30 am but they ran out of gravy about 8 something and refused to restock it. I get that it's probably annoying so close to the end but then don't advertise that breakfast goes until 9: 30 am.
-the staff wasn't terrible but didn't really seem to care too much either. The lady's working at breakfast seemed like they hated their life and everyone there.
-the rooms were clean but just seem old and worn, with lots of chipped wood, etc. (except the bathroom)
These are all pretty small things but the problem I have with it is the price. If we find a better deal, we would stay again, but if not, then definitely not worth it. I've paid lower prices for way better hotels.
Spacious double queen rooms.clean considering it is a beachfront hotel. Staff was extra accommodating, especially Dennis, who helped us with a last minute late night reservation. Thanks.
Super nice hotel with beautiful beachfront views. It was the perfect place for us to stay if we wanted to explore southern Oregon and / or northern California.
I have been coming here for years, since it was a Best Western. There are limited options in the area and have always had a pleasant experience. I often travel alone and have always felt safe here.
However, this stay was less than stellar. The shower had hair (not mine). Window dirty. There was trash under the sink left by the previous guest. The lamp was broken. Little things happen right? Not a huge deal. I often travel with my dog and later in the evening found my dog chewing on a sock she found in the room. Yuck! The ocean mist and lack of detail is taking its toll. For price, I hope they put some upkeep in this place. The location is stunning.
