I went in and asked how many shingles are in a bundle, and was told 21. I needed 45 to complete the job. So I ordered 3 bundles knowing I would have extras. Actually there was 23 shingles in a bundle and I only needed 2 bundles. I asked what the return policy was and was told " 20% restocking". But when I returned them I was charged 20% plus $6.00 "processing fee". Buyer beware of this company.

Bought 3 bundles of shingles out of their hundreds they said they had in stock. I brought it home and decided to have a roofer look at it first and they said they use their own shingles so I went back the next day to return them. Charged $30 restocking fee. I was told this restocking fee is a corporate policy and cannot be waived. I will never be doing business with beacon again. I get better deals and Home Depot or Lowe’s and can return anything without anytime of penalty. Employees were nice just sounds like a bad corporate policy.
