I had four of my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Lieblick two weeks ago. The staff was so welcoming and eased any concerns I had and quickly answered all my questions. Dr. Lieblick personally called me a few hours after my surgery to check on me, which no other doctor has ever done before! It was a very thoughtful gesture.

Fantastic experience getting my son’s (7!) wisdom teeth pulled! I had loads of questions and the staff was so nice as to take time and make sure I got all my answers and understood what the experience would entail. They also jumped right in and took care of him afterwards when he had a minor swelling issue and some extra pain and they made sure he was doing his aftercare and maintenance properly. I got follow up calls and immediate responses when I called the after-hours line. Thanks Beacon for being there for us immediately when needed!

The staff (from front desk forward) in The Dalles have been absolutely fantastic both in their customer service and medical care. The process has been smooth with questions being answered both in person and via phone. The follow up after surgery was much appreciated as well.

One of my front crowns broke at the gum line and my dentist gave me referrals to two implant specialists. I chose Beacon for my implant because they were on time, they accepted my dental insurance, they knew how much my insurance would cover, and gave me a price that covered everything so I knew the total cost after the evaluation. Beacon is an efficient operation. They were on time for each of my three appointments. They did the implant work on my second appointment in just 45 minutes. The surgical assistants were very nice and took care of getting me ready and giving me the anesthesia. Dr. Lieblick came in and extracted what was left of my broken tooth, cleaned up the socket and inserted the implant. I didn’t time the operation but it was fast. I was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. Several days later I received a floral plant bowl from the flower shop with a thank you note. I followed the post-surgery instructions exactly and my implant healed nicely. The last appointment was about four months later to check the implant. The implant was healed and ready to proceed to a crown, so Dr. Lieblick wrote to my dentist and released me for the crown work. I am happy with Beacon, the implant, and my plant is happy too.

A staff member from the office was at my first appointment today with my dentist after having 6 teeth removed, healing 5 month process and torque test complete.
