Beaverton Creek Wetlands Natural Area reviews
4Beautiful wetland area with beavers swimming at dusk and a lovely path around the wetlands.
This place is so cool, saw a Bald Eagle take a duck out of the sky and flew away with its meal. Saw a River Otter today chasing fish, a Great Blue Heron fishing, some Merganser ducks fishing too. Saw a host of diving ducks too….
I've seen Beaver's, Bald eagles, and so many other birds along this section of Beaverton Creek
Paved trail over Beaverton Creek and along Johnson Creek. Nice walk for watching birds. Trail pavement is in good shape except for a few locations. No public parking near the trailheads. There is a private lot near the Millikan trailhead. We parked at Tualatin Hills Nature Park and made the dangerous crossing on Millikan Way. There were a couple of trash cans and benches along the trail. No restrooms, but there are clean well maintained restrooms at Tualatin Hills Nature Park.
