Sales coordinator took time to find what we wanted and quickly showed us what was available. We were able to test drive and get an offer on our trade in quickly. Our final pricing fell within our budget the first time. Went reasonably quick and was easy.

Cozy dealership offered complimentary high quality coffee and other refreshments as well as plenty of space to lounge while waiting for transactions to move forward. Would definitely buy a vehicle here again.

We called Beaverton Honda and was welcomed by Jeff who immediately said we were welcome to come by without any notice given as we were in the area checking out other dealerships. Jeff was extremely patient with us as the whole experience was brand new to us. I don’t believe we would have walked out with a brand new car that day if it wasn’t for the excellent customer service and absolute trust that we experienced with Jeff. All of the staff were welcoming with smiles, opened doors for us, asked if we had been helped, provided complimentary drinks etc.the dealership was spotless! I would also like to mention that my partner had grown up with BMW’s his whole life and never did I imagine that he would have been so happy driving a Honda!
