Angel was exactly that! He listened to my needs for a new car, and, provided me with one which exceeded my expectations. He was kind, courteous and patient. Angel also took the time to explain everything regarding the use of my new suv.
I would recommend Angel if you are in the market for a vehicle. He truly cares about his client.

Three time customer here, and always happy with my car (QX60). The auto market is to say the least interesting but somehow they were able to accommodate my needs and get close to my ideal budget. I also love the service department as they always make you feel like a priority and it's a nice atmosphere while you wait.

Amazing customer service, It was the best and 1st experience buying a car from a dealership.could not have a better sales associate named angel who helped me Throughout the experience of buying a car at Beaverton infiniti. It went very well all around great experience I would highly recommend anyone buying a used or new car to Visit Beaverton infiniti.

I am not the kind of person who frequents high end car dealerships (I always feel underdressed) but thanks to a random Google ad I made an exception for this one. They had a very clean Nissan Leaf for sale so I dropped in.
Two hours later I was the proud owner of my dream car and couldn't be happier. I received excellent service and care even though I was only buying a used car instead of the beautiful new models they were offering.
They made sure everything was to my satisfaction, including changing the batteries in the second remote when I noticed they were dead a week later!
I also started watching prices after my purchase and I discovered that I got a very good deal compared to what similar cars are selling for.
While an Infiniti may not be in my future I will check out the Bob Lanphere dealerships the next time I am in the market for a car.

If u could give them no stars i would. After paying over $1000 to get my car back. My wheel almost came off becayse all my lug nuts were loose and mind you the $1000 was in labor to fix my car when I spoke to the manager he didn't even care. Like what if my daughter was in the car I could have been killed.

Have been coming here for years since I moved into the area. As my car has gotten older, more issues keep coming up. Over the last 12 months have come here no less than 3 times plus a pop in to diagnosis issues of white smoke and very rough ride. Whenever I come by they tell me they can’t replicate the issue I see every time. Last scheduled visit the manager said pop in next time as it’s happening. Was in the area and decided to do so. I live far away and there is only 1 dealership in the metro area. They couldn’t make time for a quick road test drive (not fix but to help them replicate the issue) nor accommodate a loaner if I left it until another day. At this point I have lost trust in their ability to service the vehicle as well as accommodate someone who has spent a fair amount on maintenance over the years. I won’t be getting another Infiniti. I love my car, several cross country trips through mountain, desert, snow, and off-road. But I refuse to be tethered to the service side of the equation.

Went in to look at a vehicle that they have advertised. Once we started to do paperwork they started adding additional cost/s for $899 for sealant and other warranty products that were not advertised on the website or price. We declined to all additional warranty options they insisted we had to get and they were not happy about it. They were not upfront with us that the price they had on the car and on website was not the price of the vehicle and that the sealant cost would be added. They try to push us to every extent to pay more for the vehicle after they had already ran our credit score. We have a good credit score and had a good percentage of money ready for the down payment. They lost a client and did not care about it. It is unfortunate that they try to be sneaky about other costs. Will take our money somewhere else. The sales person did what he could to help out, it was the financing department-person that had the ultimate word. It is not a hassle free purchase like they say it is. Make sure they don’t run your credit until you are satisfied with the numbers they present to you. I have never been to a dealership that rises the price once you are ready to buy.

Tried to purchase a part online which they stated would ship on they're website come to find out they don't ship parts so I requested to have them cancel and refund it which they said had been done come to find out they just charged me from another one of they're dealerships beaverton-infinti this company is scam artists and their service department will lie to your face

I was greeted by Christopher and saw the car I was interested in with a “ reserved for Sharon” sign. It made me smile. From start to finish the customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend Beaverton Infinity. First class all the way.
I LOVE my QX60!

A dishonest car dealer that claims to provide a "luxury experience" is just a dishonest car dealer with free coffee and matching jackets. These swindlers refused to sell us a used car for cash because we didn't want to finance it or buy the additional warranties. They insisted we pay $900 for "clear coating" even though this particular used car hadn't even been through the detail shop and the "clear coating" hadn't been applied. The funny thing is I received an email from them with a "drive away price" without the "clear coating" and they refused to honor it.

These people are dishonest crooks - jackets are nice though but the coffee sucks.

The car buying experience was fine, fairly quick and easy, but it’s been four months and I still don’t have license plates. After 3 months I reached out and they then realized they didn’t do the deq paper work correctly so I had to return to the dealership. They told me the plates would be overnighted the following week and it’s been three weeks since they were not overnighted and I’ve seen nothing. I’ve received two calls back in the 5 weeks I’ve been trying to track down plates. No one seems overly concerned with this issue or resolving it.
