Went in to look at it Range Rover the salesman told us it was about 27,000 took it for a ride came back was interested jacked it up the 33,000 Benny went to the finance guy to find out how much you want to give me for my car turned around they wanted they said the price of the Range Rover was 43000 they said there was a bunch of charges for a used 2018 and then that was an added the finance charges so the car we came in to see was only 27800 when you acted interested Jack to clear up 243 walked out don't go there you'll be sorry

I just wanted to test drive a car and it was a good experience at first. But then when I was trying to get an appraisal for my trade in, the guy wanted me to sign some papers to "verify" my information for their system. However the the fine print said it was an application for credit. I told him I didn't want to apply for credit and he verbally told me they wouldn't run it, but when I refused to sign the papers he got upset and claimed he was an honest person. Took an hour and a half which was way too long.

Well I leased a Nissan Altima from them. The car is very reliable and runs well but I definitely do not drive it very much.

I would say from a communication standpoint they are very solid. I get text messages when my next service is due and scheduling is not very problematic. They have wifi, snacks, and a television. It is a decent waiting area. Overall I am happy with the service they have provided.

Ivan and the Service Team identified issues for repair. The also told me about emerging concerns, which I elected to have repaired.

Ivan also suggested a fuel additive addition from time-to-time in order to help reduce potential carbon buildup in the cylinders.

Though I didn't end up buying today, I had a great experience with Simon here. My partner and I came in to look at options and compare, and Simon went above and beyond to let us look at each car and deliberate. I have a lot of anxiety around buying a car, so I don't ever decide right away. Simon gave me all the info that I needed and really made me feel much more at ease about it. The variety and quality of the cars they have here is excellent, and I would definitely recommend stopping in here if you're interested in a Nissan.

Wade was awesome he listened to what I wanted and helped me. Other sales folks not to name any names kept trying to push leasing deals on me. And I understand the need for sales managers to try to upsell to maximize profits.and I felt that Wade did a good job communicating to the sales manager that I wasn't interested in that kind of shenanigans.

These dudes are incredible! I used to go to jiffy lube but after bringing my truck here I feel so much better. I know they did a true inspection because they didn't recommend anything be done (and that's what I was expecting) but the next person had a few things they recommended be done. I got an oil change and tire rotation and they do a complimentary multi inspection that was crazy cool, way more than jiffy lube. So worth the extra 15 bucks I usually pay about 45 at jiffy with a tire rotation, it was 70 here but I had a 10 dollar coupon they send every couple months in the mail. They even vacuumed and sprayed a disinfectant. They have a premium coffee machine that I doubled up on, entire service took about 45 minutes and the checkout people were really friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Just an overall great experience, God bless it!

I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle the day I did. I was dealing with losing my car of 14 years and beginning the process of looking at options. I was not pressured into purchasing, was shown options that meant my criteria and only chose to purchase as the sales team was polite and worked out the financial details in our favor to go new vs used.

Tj in the service department was awesome at listing out the needs of my vehicle- what was important to get done right away and what could easily wait. He also helped me try to get things fixed on my vehicle that unfortunately the manufacturer no longer creates the parts for- but his efforts of trying to find something to help with those specific parts were awesome. Given all the craziness of COVID I’m so grateful you guys were open and so expedient in fixing my Quest and returning it to me. Thank you very much for the professional service and the awesome job! I feel like I’m driving a new car now!

I haven't driven my 370Z in a while, working from home during the pandemic. Went in for complimentary in cabin filter because of forest fires this last summer/fall, and an oil change. Everything was done and in good time. Everyone at dealership was friendly and helpful.

I called to get a quote to replace my headlight bulbs on my Altima. Just the bulb install, I have my own parts.quoted $640. That’s right, $640!

A weeks we went for an oil change and tire pressure check. When we left the workshop once the work was done the tire pressure should low compared to the report where it mentioned they had topped it to 35. Had to go back to the workshop and have them top it off. Since then the pressure is good. This has happened twice now. Also the Multipoint inspection shows the coolant levels as good. But the Coolant level is below min. I am not sure if they even do an oil and filter change. Lost trust with these guys.

Wade was incredibly helpful. The time I spent at the dealer was very short. I'm so grateful for the Finance department for facilitating the car loan & just like the Nissan Rogue that I traded in, I hope I can make use of this Van to the fullest. Paul was super nice. He did not try too hard to push a bunch of extra stuff on us that we didn’t want. He knew a fair amount about the car. But there were some things he did get wrong. I really appreciate That we could get the paperwork done in less than an hour.
. Update - but details matter - the sales person who completed the paperwork that made me eligible for the Oregon tax credit and Charging credit invented an email address loosely based on mine (wrong name and wrong domain name) so I was not contacted by either entity and when I contacted them, they could not find my records. Furthermore they complete a survey (on a government document) on my behalf without telling me and gave the highest rating on survey Items that I would give the lowest rating on.

I bought a car here recently and they were wonderful! Truly no pressure, they made sure that I was able to get the car I wanted within my budget. They were really no hassle and made the buying process very easy. I've had the car for a few months now and its going great so far! I'd definitely come back in the future when I need a new vehicle.

We had an absolutely amazing experience buying our new car here! Ken was the best salesman we could have asked for from the test drive all the way to signing the papers. We had only planned to stop in and get a feel for pricing on a Rogue but after the test drive and talking numbers we were immediately sold on it! We came in with a very specific budget in mind and Ken made sure to keep us well within this budget while also adding great extra protections for our vehicle! We were beyond happy with the entire experience and love our new car! Huge thank you to Ken for making this experience painless and easy!

Wade Lanagan is simply outstanding. I worked with him to try to buy a Pathfinder. Because of a colossal misunderstanding by me about some of the options on the car, and through no real fault of Wade's, the deal wound up not happening at the last minute. But Wade was an absolute gentleman throughout the entire process.

He is a man of unquestionable integrity and is dedicated to customer service. He answered all my questions, was respectful, and did not engage in any sort of high pressure sales tactics. If I can ever buy another vehicle through Carr, it will be with Wade.

Far too often people complain about the bad, but say nothing about the good. Wade is a gem, and I hope he continues to provide high quality service to Carr's customers for a long time to come.

Wade was so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, especially during COVID! We chatted through email mostly and he was always available to answer any of my questions. Once I was ready to get my new Leaf, Wade made sure my financing was all set up before I arrived so I didn't have to wait around the dealership. After my test drive, I was in and out of there with 30 minutes. Wade followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was still to my liking. Such service! Thanks again, Wade!
