Beaverton Nissan Service Department reviews
10Needed a fog light assembly (lens and bulb) replaced, was quoted $289 for the part and 2 hours labor, totaling $580.00 for the repair. I decided to check with Meineke which is half a mile away, and I got the repair completed for $156.00 total, part and labor. Not sure why Nissan would charge over $400 more for the same job. I realize I didn't get a genuine Nissan replacement part, but the light works and I have an extra $400 I'm my pocket. Just relaying my experience.
Nick, my personal salesman and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and professional.
I love it here!
The service department staffs are great!
And, they Mail me the coupons, so it's the Best Prices for the excellent services!
The costs are sky high. They failed to indicate that the $190 diagnostic fee only goes toward the work if they do everything they quoted. They wanted to charge me $300 to pop out a few plastic clips. I did it at home in 20 minutes. Warned me I'd be voiding warranty on that service. For removing the plastic? Give me a break. Charged me 2 more hours of labor to "reprogram" and car wasn't even in the garage for 2 hours. Contacted manager Jason but no response after 8 days. This was a part swap out. Not happy with the poor communication, substantial pad on the work estimates, and lack of flexibility.
Long story short: they can replace original faulty parts with newer faulty parts and call it good
Bought 2019 Nissan SUV in 2020. The battery promptly died and had to be replaced under warranty. The replacement battery had to be jumped beginning of 2023 and was diagnosed as bad just a few months later. Called the service department - they don't warranty the replacement they install! Will only honor the original warranty on the vehicle, 36k, which isn't great to begin with.
Went for a car checkup with a friend. Everything was done within 30 minutes. An electric car is more economical, in my opinion
Getting the car back after using the LOANER CAR was easy as 123. THANKS YOU GUYS. WOW VERY IMPRESSED
Had my 2017 Pathfinder timing chain and other components replaced. Ivan in service dept kept me in the loop. Price was what he quoted, actually a little bit less. They did a great job, took a couple days, but it was a big repair. They took care of an unexpected issue, triple verified the repair was done, detailed the car and delivered it to salem for us.
Definitely do not hesitate to use Beaverton Nissan for maintenance or repairs on your vehicles. They have the knowledge to actually repair versus just replace. Big Kudos to Ivan and service manager Jason for taking care of customer service.
Even though I live in salem, I will use Beaverton Nissan again.
It's always nice to come see what they have to offer. In this case, I just fell in love with the new nizzan Z 2023, and their customer service is outstanding
I recently brought my Rogue in for a free oil change and to rotate the tires. I found an oil leak when I arrived home in my garage. Turns out the oil plug was loose.
During that visit, I was told I needed new brake pads. That was a service I was going to do myself. When it came time to remove the tires, I found a loose lug nut.
Overall, I'm very disappointed and won't be using Beaverton Nissan again.
