Tom Brown was so helpful and made my mattress buying experience a breeze. My husband and I bought a mattress online from another retailer and were unhappy with mattress and had to return it. They picked it up within a day of the return with left us without a bed. I was so stressed because I thought it would take days if not weeks to get a replacement, especially since we are purchasing so close to the holidays. I went to bedmart first thing when they opened because they were the only retailer I could find online that could possibly have the temperpedic mattress I wanted possibly in stock. Still, I thought it would be a hassle finding financing and we would end up spending many nights on an air mattress, but I was wrong. Tom helped me to figure out the financing from one source and was able to extend the our repayment schedule so our monthly payment was resonable. Then when I asked about delivery, he said I could get it in a few days. I asked if I could pick it up myseld from the warehouse to get it sooner and he made a couple calls and was able t get the mattress delivered the same day, yes the same day. I'm sure this is not always the case but I am so very grateful he was able to help me out. All of this was done in under 30 minutes. I was truly shocked by how wonderful my experience was. I expected an all day run around to get a mattres, but instead I was done we had mattress at our house in 5 hours ready to go! Thank you Tom and thank you Bed Mart! I woud recommend this business to anyone who is on the hunt for a new mattress or base. Lastly, I have shopped other mattress stores and been so exhausted by the experience, this was a such a better experience. Thank you!

This was a wonderful experience! The sales people were friendly, we’re willing to price match me with a sale that recently ended, and set delivery for the same day! We were greeted by Jamie Messerschmitt who offered a evaluation test of our mattress needs. It was only 10 minutes long and helped narrow down selection. With that information Jamie had us try three manufacturers mattresses of different values and design. We checked out a competitor’s store earlier and my wife and I both commented how much we liked the atmosphere at BedMart. Not once we’re we pressured to buy. Jamie provided all the information we asked about and told us to take our time. We left as we wanted to looked at other options. As we drove away we both said once we narrow down our selections we would go back. We narrowed our selection down to two and returned. Unfortunately Jamie was not there and Tom Brown assisted us. He to was a great person to work with and set us up with our decision. We liked the 120 night comfort guarantee BedMart offers should we find our choice is not compatible to us.
