Our untimely septic system failure was quoted and fixed promptly and smoothly within 24 hours. This type of work is necessarily open ended, but from Josh's initial inspection, though Dominic's coordination at the office, and Nick and Kenny's work I was kept informed about progress, options and prices. They used a video scope to inspect the leach field, calling in Robert from My Plumbing to pressure wash a line for a better look. This kept us from having to dig up too much of the yard. Beeler finished the job by installing a new exit baffle, a clean out, a sealed riser on the tank, and back filled the holes with the sod green side up.) Being able to pay online was a plus. I am very happy with the whole experience. Also, thanks for the education.

Over the years I hired contractors to do projects on and around my homes. The last time I did this I hired the guys from Beeler Excavation. They were very professional and helpful throughout the duration of the projects. They worked with me on some preferences that I had. They even strategized on how to get the job done for less money.

I never pay off a job until it is complete but on this occasion I had to given circumstances related to delivery of fill dirt and finishing. The came through as promised.
