We had a great stay! Everything was as expected and it was an easy check-in/check-out process. Great location on the coast, we will definitely be back!

Stayed at Americana - great house for all of us, lovely & clean, close to the beach in a lovely area & so safe for the toddlers, great to have a hot tub & outside shower. Just a couple of points - the top floor bedrooms could really do with blinds on all the windows (a bit pointless having some of the windows with blinds & others with no covering), & a few more kitchen utensils (small & medium sieve, & a kettle). Otherwise, an excellent stay.

This is the third time we have rented this property and are booked again for the end of September. Fabulous house for just the two of us. The deck is a great place to just relax and read your book or have a glass of wine. Obviously, it is one of our “go to” places. The only draw back is the beds are very high, we bring a stool to make it easier to get up on them.

We absolutely loved the Bella Beach area and the beautiful Bella Beach Vacation Rental we stayed in. It was very well appointed and it was so peaceful being so close to the ocean! It's also conveniently located to great restaurants and we will definitely come back!

Awful and rude customer service. Will nickel and dime you for everything. Endless rules and fees. Bring everything you will ever need, starting from shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, to salt, and pepper.

After paying a $175 cleaning fee, don’t forget to sweep up, do all your dishes and laundry.

The Americana/Paris Suite house was beautiful and perfect for a large group/family. However, the customer service was awful. Every time myself or a family member called asking a question or expressing a concern about a few things in the house (broken ice maker/freezer, leaking dishwasher) the woman we spoke to was extremely rude and impatient with us and tried to blame the issues on us when we had just gotten there. Also- the listing stated the house was dog friendly, however, be aware, no dogs allowed on any furniture and all hair must be cleaned up by you before leaving, for a place allowing dogs, I would not say this place was “dog friendly”.
