Bellagios Pizza Tigard, Portland OR

I was ordering pizza for my nephew who has celiac disease as well as a coconut and soy allergy and I spoke with Ian and he checked every single ingredient AND took extra care and time to make sure everything was completely safe. In addition to this he was even so graceful and kind when I called to double and triple check. We called to make extra sure because the gluten free pizza tasted too good to be gluten free

Have ordered from here many many times and it is consistently great quality and have never had any issues with my orders or staff. Big bonus that they have vegan cheese.

We went in this weekend looking for slices of cheese pizza as “slices” are advertised on the window. They had no cheese slices, and were not willing to make us any. It was on 12: 30 pm? !

Disappointing

I'm ashamed that I've lived so close to Bellagio's and have taken so long to give it a try. This is my new favorite go-to pizza joint. The ingredients are a cut above and the results are absolutely delicious!

I used to love this location. We came inside and were not sure it was open, piles of unmade pizza boxes everywhere. My husband and 4 year grandson just wanted pizza. The counter guy/pizza maker very nice and great communication, but the music selection was inappropriate for a business that is suppose to allow small children. Rap music m.f. Cker this and that.unfortunately we will never dine in again.and the crust has changed, not like it was before covid.

Kept me on hold my entire drive over (15 minutes) just to tell me there would be a 20-30 minute wait. They had no slices of pizza except Pepperoni. It's lunch time! That's all they have available? The blonde girl was completely rude. Thinks she has it under control - Call your fricken manager for help girl. Clearly you don't know good customer service or how to run the store adequately.

Been coming here regularly for about a year. Really really good pizza. Staff is always cool. I always order our pizzas well done and they are perfect. Will always recommend and always return. Thanks to the staff for another great pie

I love their pizza, but last night it was different. Crust was not cooked as usual, it was undercooked /soggy. There was not much sauce. I actually popped it in the over for a bit. Maybe they were just too busy. I could see the staff was stressed. I tried to engage the person at the register, although he was too busy to even look up or respond appropriately in return. Despite business, engaging your customers is very important. I will return for sure because they typically have very yummy food.

The perfect pizza. Always hot and fresh, great customer service, generous portions, better than average delivery time & awesome ingredient options come together to form a Voltron of Awesomeness. I cannot recommend them enough! Support local pizza!

Great place, been coming here for years. Love their pizza. My all time favorite pizza place was ABBYS from what I remember last time I ate there over 30 years ago, but Now Bellagios is my favorite.

Bellagios has the best pizza! The crust is perfection, crispy yet foldable with great flavor. I always get the Oasis and sub for the creamy white garlic sauce, it's the best! I also add bacon and ask for the tomatoes to be cooked. I have ordered this pizza at least 5 times now and not once have I been disappointed. I did get fresh basil this time, I didn't think it would be cooked. Next time I'll ask for it to be chopped and placed on top. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you Bellagios, I think I'm your number one fan! Please don't ever change your recipes.

Kim the manager was very rude when I place my order they told me 1hr wait I wait almost 1hr 50mim I call back and ask for a discount she was rude and said they did nothing wrong! Unprofessional she shouldn’t be supervisor with her bad attitude and they got my order wrong

I love the Grinder sandwich. I have enjoyed the food here. One thing I don't tolerate, or have any regard for is rude staff who can't even be friendly in your interactions with them on the most basic level.

I don't know if the hours have always been set to open at 11: 00AM, but the girl who decided to dismiss me and insist on not being able to make anything for me even after they open, was really unfriendly to a point that it would take a miracle for me to come back here.

If you aren't open till eleven, how do you have no availability to make a sandwich till noon? These folks make great food, but so long as the girl working is employed at this location, I will no longer be a customer.

Pretty pathetic. You likely won't be disappointed in the food, but if you encounter the person I did, you'll know right away who she is. I've had her answer when I called for delivery and my experience was the same, but this visit put the face to the name.

Way to waste my lunch trip!

I like the pizza here, but they closed by 10pm on a Saturday, 2 weeks ago. They must have changed their hours. That's too bad.

Very little topping for a combination pizza especially for the price. Nothing special about this place and wouldn't recommend. I went here basic off the reviews and pictures. My guess is they have employees do reviews.

First time here the girl taking my order was rude I ordered BBQ wings she said that they didn’t have any, she stated did you want to order anything else! I ordered a large pie she said go to your car and we will bring it out to you.
My pie was delivered to me.
I went back in to get Parmesan cheese and some ranch the guy at the counter said fifth cent for each one. Wow really never going back.

I appreciate that this chain offers gluten free. The employees are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful regarding food issues. That said, I'm spoiled by New Cascadia gluten free pizzas. They are hand-tossed, yeasty deliciousness. The gluten free crust here is bland and reminscent of Udi's. There is no oregano, basi, or parsley flavor to be had. The cheese and toppings were well portioned. However, the mushrooms, though not canned, some were clearly old. They were dried out and akin to chewy cardboard. Other mushrooms were clearly more fresh and very good. I'm guessing someone didn't want to toss out the old, dried up mushrooms and chose to use them on my pizza. I will not be back due to the concerns listed above: lack of herbs, lack of good gluten free crust and clear use of old toppings.

They are always really careful with making my gluten-free pizza. The gf crust is some of the best I've had! Wonderful crew.
