Belle Spa Nails, Newport OR

I have NEVER posted a negative review but this lady needs to be put out of business! As everyone else says, her husband does a terrible job of removing the polish, lightly massaging your feet with barely warm rocks then the Owner comes in and finishes the cutting and trimming part. She cut WAY TO DEEP and ripped my toenail back until it bled, I actually screamed because I was so shocked! She stood up and started yelling that it needed it and I would never have a "hangnail" again! Since then, my toe has never been the same. I have had to undergo two surgeries to try to fix the damage and have been in so much pain over the past two years. I am seriously considering legal action. DO NOT GO HERE, SHE IS RUDE AND NOT SAFE!

My wife’s nails were great, didn’t take too long, not terribly busy…. Then we got the bill and understood why the place was empty

I was told that she would never have time to do my nails since they were already done.never huh?
Ridiculous!

I made an appointment for 3pm and drove 40min. When I arrived at 2: 50 the shop was closed and locked. I waited until my appointment time but no one ever showed up. That’s a long way to drive for no one to even call and cancel the appointment. Very disappointing.

She was a very nice lady. Amazing service. 10/10 would recommend going again.

I went in for a manicure and gel French tips. Like always when I go in. She attempted to talk me into solar nails and I continued to tell her that I don’t like fake nails. I enjoy my real natural nails not the plastic tips. She then started cutting my real nails off. Before I noticed what was happening (due to my MS my brain doesn’t react fast like normal. When I realized she was cutting off my nails it was too late cause one hand now had nothing on it. She charged me $75 for solar/ artificial nails. She also told me they would stay on for 4-6 weeks. 4 days later I had already lost 3 of my solar nails.
I have been going to this salon for years but after this I will not be returning.
