Belmont Dairy Apartments and Lofts, Portland OR

I lived at Belmont Dairy for 2 years - first in a studio - then in a two-bedroom - and I loved living there so much that after two years away I am moving back into a one-bedroom. I have lived in many apartments over the past 25 years and Belmont Dairy has hands down been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Beth is the absolute best manager I have ever encountered anywhere. She is kind, fair, professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to interact with. Belmont Dairy simply wouldn't be the place that it is without her. The location has so much to offer. It's a wonderful neighborhood for walking and exploring different shops and eateries. The building is clean and well-maintained. The living room and bedrooms are generously sized and I LOVE the large windows in the living room. The Morrison side of the street is lined with trees and it's just gorgeous in the spring and summer with the trees in bloom. Unlike many of the complexes I've lived in, I have never had a problem with neighbors and noise, and most of the people who live here are really friendly. The rest of the staff here is excellent as well. Beth, Mike, and Dan are all so friendly and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. If you live here, you will be well taken care of. I am beyond grateful to be able to call this place my home and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
