The front office was extremely chaotic. There was quite a lot of confusion with the new iPad check in’s. No one knew how to get them to work properly and I was directed to renter my information 4 separate times, sent to go sit down renter it again, rewait in line to get help making the iPad work and then was given a paper copy to fill out! Thank goodness I was a half hour early!

Dr. Trautman was professional and delightful per usual.

Been using Bend Dermatology for years. Due to bad sunburns as a kid, you could say I am a frequent flyer! Always on time, spot on with treatment. Highly recommend.

Bend Dermatolgy was very good at understanding my problems and helped me to understand what I needed. Dr Righter was very positive as was her assistant. I’m sorry, but I did not get her name. Thanks for getting me in quickly and finding a path forward for me.

I appreciated the timeliness of the Staff as well as my doctor. My annual inspection was thorough & preventive in nature. He treated several pre-cancerous spots there in the office. I’ll return next year, for sure!

I have a history of basal cell carcinoma and I had a concerning spot on my face. They were able to get me in very quickly instead of waiting several months for a normal appointment. Dr Trautman is knowledgeable and efficient. It was a short wait in the waiting room and even shorter in the exam room. I have seen Dr Trautman for several years and will continue to see her for many years.

My visit was to the point, identifying cancer if possible and rid my self of concerns. The Dr was very confident, sure of his diagnosis and gave immediate treatment and answered all of my questions. Very good operation! I would suggest to anyone this as a great option for all the dermatologist needs. Thank you staff for a comfortable visit.

Unfortunately my experience at your office was not very satisfactory. The physician was way behind schedule and the receptionists failed to let me know. After sitting in the waiting area for 25 minutes, I finally went to the desk to ask why it was taking so long. I was informed at that time the physician was running behind and it is frequently a normal occurrence with this individual. The receptionist went to see if she could find someone else to see me. While she was gone the nurse came to get me, unfortunately for the nurse I let her know how unsatisfied I was and this was relayed to Dr Trautman. I received a very curt and fast exam. I left there knowing I never want to see Dr Matthew Trautman again! Do to this experience I will not return to your office again. I have been a long term patient with you and I received the best care by Dr Weber. He really knew how to connect with his patient and made sure your examination was thorough and comprehensive. I do not believe I should be charged for this visit and because what I was told by one of the staff that Mr Dr Trautman is frequently late. There should be an inquiry into his continued tardiness to determine if there are larger issues at hand. I am expecting a reply back to my concerns.

Friendly staff, and simplistic registration for appointment confirmation and check-in. I guess it's just the "norm" with medical offices, but I dislike arriving early to wait an additional 30 minutes for my appointment. The Dr.and staff were apologetic about the delay and that was appreciated, but ultimately my time is valuable too and I had other appointments to get to which were then in peril of my being late. Otherwise a very good experience.

As always appreciate the care given by Dr. Hoseley. Check-in system is an absolute mess. E-check-in said I had a zero balance however $20 copay needed to be paid. The redundancy of the iPad check in process is an absolute waist of time for your clients and your welcome team... Though they had a professional approach. Guarantee... The implimentation of this check-in system will starve your welcome team’s time and cost your stake holders more than its investment. Please rethink this process. Your caregiver client/patient interaction is top drawer don’t burden it with perceived necessity.

From the awesome team at the front desk, the assistant who escorted me to a room and, finally, to Bailey, my experience was a ten. Everyone was knowledgeable, polite, caring, friendly and helpful, and Bailey is the BEST!
