Bend Teardrop

I sent Dave my first email regarding the 6×12 teardrop trailer his company builds.
An email was returned the same day with answers & guidance, as to proceeding forward.
The thought of an Oregon company possibly producing a trailer for Ginny-Girl & I, sits •right• with me.
If & when the time comes, I believe the company to build our little refuge has been found!

Second time renting a teardrop here. Easy fast and convenient check in and out. Much preferred over a hotel!

We were tent campers our entire lives but started getting interested in teardrops. After doing some research, Bend Teardrop was perfect for our family. We love having something small that our family of 4 can fit in with everything we wanted and nothing we didn't. We've been really impressed with the quality and the add on options. Maybe even better has been the service we've gotten. Dave is always very prompt to respond and has answered any questions about our new teardrop that we had. We had a small issue with the kill switch but they got us fixed up right away so we could continue our plans for memorial day weekend camping. Justin has been awesome as well. You are not buying from a big box rv store, you are buying from real people that are there for you when you need them. We will always recommend Bend Teardrop!

Dave and team are great to work with from the very beginning. Got the 5x8 model as a solo camper and so far very happy with it. Tows very easily, well insulated for cold weather, and loving that I can take it just about anywhere!

I purchased a 5x10 trailer from Bend Teardrops in April 2021. We’ve taken it all over the country with our 5 year old and it’s been really great. It’s so easy and lightweight to maneuver yet gives us the comfort of sleeping inside. It’s cozy yet surprisingly roomy.
There are some design issues on this trailer that I wish were different – there’s no flashing on the top seams of the trailer so it’s relying a lot on caulk to keep water out (so definitely make sure you store it inside in the winter if you live in a place that gets snow and ice!) BUT that said, when we did have water damage in the trailer, Dave handled it amazingly. He completely replaced all the damaged walls for us at no charge, putting in marine grade plywood even though we’d had the trailer for over a year. He basically repaired it so that it was a brand new trailer again, no questions asked.
You won’t find a more affordable teardrop on the market and the customer service is bar none.

Dave and team did a great job. We’re so excited to have our trailer and are looking forward to better weather to put it through its paces. Best decision ever made! I am always thinking about travel and thinking it needs to be far and exotic choices…when truth be told we have such a playground in our own backyard. Love my time connecting in nature quiet or sharing with multiplier camping friends and sharing in the joy of the outdoors. Thank you Bend Teardrop for opening doors I didn’t know I wasn’t knocking on.

I ordered my trailer in Feb 2022, and due to the popularity of these trailers, it was about a 6-7 month wait. It also took longer because I had quite a few custom requests. I was impressed: I sent a list of what I wanted, Dave asked a few questions, and when I went to pick up the trailer, it was all as I requested! It's a very cool trailer, and something I hope will serve us well for years to come.

I purchased a teardrop from Dave and it was such a seamless experience! The trailer is built so well. We are excited to use it and get out of the city once in a while. I couldn’t recommend bend teardrop more, such an incredible experience and I felt like I was in the best of hands. The best part, is now that we own our trailer, I still know I can count on bendteardrop for anything we will need for the future. Basically one of our favorite businesses now! A big shout out to Dave and his crew! My 5x8 Bend Teardrop is great. Tows perfectly behind my Rav4. I've had it on bumpy, washboard, steep roads and no problems. Easy to set up, everything is there. I have the solar connection added the awning and ready to go. Thanks! Darla
