Was able to find new refrigerator and had excellent "helpers" (they did it all!) for loading into truck.

Logan was excellent in knowledge and assistance as a Geek squad employee. The maintenance plan is well worth it for coverage of all my electronics. Must make an appointment for assistance. I give them a 10!

It is great! Has a lot of space and variety, some deals there feel like a steal, but those that don't are a bit pricey.

I came into the store to get a new modem and had no real idea what to purchase. Trey helped me and knew exactly what I needed. He was very efficient and kind. Great customer service-Thanks Trey!

So I had an issue picking up an order I made online, system limitation due to changing the pick up person (this may take up to an hour) right before I came to get my order. When they said it wasn't ready a supervisor of some sort arrived and sincerely apologized, his name was Tom. I told Giovanni I was going to do some shopping and come back to the counter in a little bit. I wandered the store for about an hour waiting for the confirmation email they said I should have got. I was about fed up waiting and on the edge of canceling my order when what do you know, Giovanni and Tom found me to say the wait had already been to long and they would have the help desk force the order to allow me to pick up and go. Great customer service, I was pretty upset until these 2 employees went out of their way to find me and get me out the door with my order. Thanks guys

They made us stand at the door like peasants they did not have any way to deal with the customers that they allowed in so they had a crowd of us standing at the door with the line and one guy saying no you can't come in while herds of people were walking outso I asked him can I come in since I have a four-month-old in a car seat and would like to get us out of the rain and cold breeze and he said no you have to stand there I almost got back in my car and drove up the road to Fry's because this Best buy in particular in Salem Oregon is always a bit strange

Staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was a line to get inside, but it went relatively quickly. More lines in some areas inside, but those also went quickly. While waiting inside, got help while still in line.

Took 2 hours to transfer data from old phone to new phone, and I didn't get any apps, photos, email, and tons of other stuff. And they kept the brand new charger that came with my new phone. So now I have a new phone with now charger. Overall it was a very disappointing and poor experience. I had a 4 other items totaling over $200 I was going to purchase but would of had to waited another 15 minutes in line to pay, so I just put everything back and ordered it on Amazon. I also ordered a charger. You guys need to be trained better. I will not be visiting Best Buy anymore.

They are busy and a bit short staffed right now so part of it is not their fault but it did take awhile to track someone down to help me. Once someone was able to though he was helpful.

My dad went to Best Buy to get his glass screen replaced because when he got it they told him that if it ever breaks that they can fix it for free but my dad went today and they told him that that they wouldn’t do it and that he can buy a life time warranty but he already has that. It was a young lady that works where the phones cases register area. My dad had the receipt and everything they still wouldn’t do it.

Lines outside due to Covid, and didn't even find the micro sd card I was looking for because the space that had them was misorganized and lacked but 2 cards that even had the info I was looking for.

"Customer service" team member was nothing like the position name. I will never come to this store again. Another reason to stay away from big box stores.

I must say that any other time I have gone to Best Buy they were always too busy to get any help from the staff but yesterday was an exception to that rule. I went about an hour before they closed and actually had two different staff members spend time with me trying to help me make an informed decision about outdoor security cameras. They had a fair selection of camera's but nothing like I wanted. So because I had finally had someone helping me I rated them 4 stars.

They had great staff, just there new layout was confusing. The staff said that they are moving product around so I'll come back later to see if it changed

We went here to return a laptop I bought online that did not work. People were friendly and the service was quick. The store is clean and easy to navigate. Prices are not great co paired to other big box stores.

This is not as positive as my last review. This was another store and they were busier and we were not asked by any clerk if we needed help. They had a large selection and was able to find the TV and printer we needed. I contacted Consumer Report for help to get what I needed

They are nice and helpful but kinda disappointed in the last time i was there no employees around to help me find wat i was looking for and when there was one he was very impolite to us

Always a great place to buy electronics. They usually have the best deal. Only thing is that the guys who are supposed to help you pick a purchase seem to be more knowledgeable about sales than devices.
