18Employees don't know the products they are selling. Big mistake when lurching phones, tells us Verizon is the carrier for simple mobile when it's T Mobile. T Mobile doesn't work where I live.
Employees don't work here, they play here. They're all just playing on their phone and chatting. This place is a waste of time. No one helps anyone except to upsell you something you don't need. This place is dumb.
Many items not on the shelves, like not in stock but displays are out. Lots of empty spaces on shelves. Then many things like phones without even display models out, but obvious places for the displays. Display phones broken/damaged. Couldn't buy what I wanted, I would have even bought the more expensive one that Best Buy carries but again, nothing in stock on the shelve. Not sure if any were in the back because I was not offered help while circling 3 isles for 20 min looking for an item.
The install crew here rocks. Though seting a apoitment is ussally a few or more days out its totally worth the wait third time this year getting installs and will be back
The staff here is attentive and will do what they can to assist you. The company has solid policies in place that make your experience consistent no matter where you go. I would reccomend this store to anyone looking for great, courteous, and knowledgeable staff.
Contactless pick up was super easy and quick! Is was really nice that the service person was masked and I didn't have to go inside the store at all!
Got everything I wanted just had to go to the manager to get someone to help me but he was great
Sure would be great if the store had competent managers. But everyone seems to like picking at the nose instead of helping customers.
The store is clean and the staff are friendly. Seeing the military styled security was very off putting. Their presence did not make me feel safer.
The young lady that assisted us was quick to come over. However, she seemed to be in a bad mood and argued with my sister over a case for her new phone. She told my sister that the only kind of cover for her Samsung phone was the one you carry, even though my sister had found the style she asked about, on Amazon. Moments later, my sister found and bought the one, on Amazon that she asked about.
I went in there a little frazzled because I was looking for a phone and I needed a phone right now. There was nobody around for a long time and when I finally did find somebody he was a nice guy but they had not one Samsung phone in the house and that bothered me. It seems like every time I go into that Best buy they don't have anything that I want or need: - (
It's a best buy.tracked an employee down in the Dyson vacuum section, asked him where the cell phone covers were, did his best to negotiate the many offerings, found it a couple minutes after he left. Still appreciate the service. The employees are the only thing holding a chain store like this together. Message to corporate: instead of being just a best buy, be a best place to work, and maybe you will survive the online partition that makes you less than best.
Super tech support. Brian in Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and the "patience factor" was over the top amazing. Once again, easy access and plenty of parking off of 205 or 82nd.
Nathan helped me out to find all the items I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me. Typically it is really hard to find an associate at this store but Nathan approached me when I was in the isle looking for camera gear and managed to find everything I was looking for both in store and online. Excellent customer service!

I purchased a Vizio TV (M65Q7-H1) in December, 2020 from Best Buy, plus a 2-year protection plan from the Geek Squad. Since then I’ve had multiple problems with the electronics.
The Geek Squad have been out numerous times (at least 9 visits), but failed to repair the TV despite replacing many parts. They contacted Vizio who say they will replace it with a refurbished TV. My issue is that I didn’t ask for a replacement and I certainly don’t want a refurb. I’d like my money returned since I bought a manifestly broken TV. Vizio say they are following their warranty procedures.
Given my experience, I suggest that anyone buying a TV from Best Buy should look at other brands. Vizio might be budget choice, but they don’t offer a reliable quality product, and they don’t provide service procedures that are actually helpful. Don’t buy a Vizio.
In store products are limited during Covid, but the employees are friendly and do their best to get you directed to a local store if they dont have it
