Best Buy reviews
21Interesting times we live in when Best Buy is more or less useless with electronics! I came in to ask the Geek Squad for some help with my week-old Surface and they sent me to the Blue Shirts because they didn't have a computer to help me with, or so I was told. When I went over to computers, I might as well have been speaking in Latin and this guy was more concerned about why the Geek Squad sent me over than actually just listening and then trying to help. Stopping to just listen and then working to find a solution together is becoming a lost art form in the realm of customer service.
Typical Best Buy. Was looking for something specific that Costco didn't have. And, as always, lots of employees present, but they're too busy talking to each other to bother helping customers. Lost another $200 sale to Amazon!
Great location. Staff is always friendly and helpful with everything. Seems like every few months they are moving everything around though. But I like the change.
Excellent customer service. Very polite and even price matched an Amazon Prime deal they typically wouldn't.
As a disclaimer, this used to be a 5 star store, and my favorite place to shop. I spent a year overseas and came back, and I was quite disappointed.
Service is 50/50. You either get Employees who won't leave you alone when browsing, or no help at all when looking for someone with a question.
Knowledge on electronics is sketch for most employees at best. Research what you want before you go in. I spent 25 minutes waiting to activate a Cell Phone, only to be completely ignored by 7 Employees and there were only 3 customers. I don't judge a business only based on a few employees, but I promplty left without purchasing my other items and went to a different electronics store.
Parking during COVID-19 restrictions is at the back. The first 20 or so parking spaces in the 10+ rows are for picking up online orders.
The business functions well during this current time (JAN 2021) so it gets an extra star. There aren't any restrictions that interfere with the shopping and if there is a line outside then it only takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get inside, even if it is a long line.
The door greeters are usually the best and nicest workers. Chase is a nice young man who has been there for years, he will get you all sorted if he is there.
Very attentive and helpful when trying to decide on a laptop. Got what I needed quickly and I love it.
They will price match things on Amazon and also email you a receipt so you always get the best deal. And if anything goes wrong you can always come back within 15 days and get your item replaced
Store is clean and pretty well organized, staff is friendly and willing to help with questions you may have, and will help you load products into your vehicle if you need it
I am a Best buy Rewards member, so I really can't complain. I will say, BB rewards is totally worth it! Christmas, birthdays, Dad toys, etc. Helps out if you have kids and electronic monsters.
I had purchased an item about 20 days ago then went on vacation. I had opened the box and found that it would not work for me. When I went to return it they said it was past the 15 day return period and I couldn't get a refund or store credit. The manager came over and made an exception for me and gave me a non-epiring store voucher for the full amount. I will definitely come back here!
One of the few stores where you can still find employees motivated enough to learn about their products. The appliance crew is great and the TV crew definitely has some rockstars in their midst.
It's not the best Best Buy I've gone to as far as customer service. But it's definitely not horrible.
Couldn't get anyone to assist us so we took our business elsewhere. Avoid this store unless you know exactly what you want and where it is in the storr.
You can get really quick deatils about products from staff. However, it'd be nice if they can provide more details.
This is a good sized BestBuy and you can find just about anything. Even some minor specialty items too if you know where to look.
The store didnt have the model in stock that they kept on display Dell 16GB Ram 256SSD. They could not manage it. I wentvall the way from seattle so it was disappointing.
Good selection on Laptops. Customer service was ok.was asked if I needed help multiple times on my way to the section I meeded and was left alone to browse for the half hour I was there. Was not checked on again and once I found a laptop I liked, instead of chasing down a sales rep, I went to Walmart.
Terrible store. Never answers phone. Employees are rude and care more about personal problems like being sick and complaining they can’t call in.then helping customers.
They were very quick fast and knew what they were doing very knowledgeable I was in and out within a half hour I found my product that I was looking for
A quote from the guy in front of me waiting in line to check out "there are more employees in the store than customers and yet nobody will wait on us"! It was true. And when I did ask for help finding what I was looking for I got attitude and wrong info from the employee! If it wasn't so close I wouldn't shop there again.
