Best Western Plus Portland Airport Hotel & Suites

Great location if you have an early flight out of Portland. Continental breakfasts. Hot breakfast at 6am.

Great place to stay. I got the handicap room, which I always feel bad about getting, cause I don't need that room, but this room had automatic lights in the bathroom, but with the lights, the very loud and noisy exhaust fan came on. Very annoying.
Other than that, well worth the stay. Breakfast was good too!

Never will book in this hotel any more. Warning guys! Rip-off in this location.
A booking was made personally by a friend for 5 nights believing the rate will be the same since the  time being there was established, instead we were surprised at the checkout that prices increased  night after the other.
Worst CS, we couldn’t get nowhere to fix the issue, very frustrated and can’t  express how utterly useless and negligent this company is.
We were told the manager of the hotel will contact us. Called and let a messages many times and never received a courtesy call  to apologize  or to get a refund!
Be aware to be ripped off.

Clean, good service, nice location, decent breakfast. Very patient with overactive children.

The hotel was short staffed, which was problematic for two days when kids were running up and down halls, banging on doors, etc.late at night. The staff did what they could and were always friendly.

This is the best hotel for an overnight before an early morning flight from Portland. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is hot with a wide variety of entrees.

One of my favorite BW to use for a day of IKEA-ing, getting to PDX airport (spending a night there before shopping for the day, and taking a plane the next morning is relaxing). There's a BW shuttle to the airport and an offer to park your car in their lot at a great longer term rate (there is a max time tho'). Nice substantial breakfast and great staff!

This is a great location close to the airport. First impression the middle of the day the doors are locked. You walk into a beautiful lobby. And then you get to your room. Where there is that musty moldy smell. Rooms have been remodeled but they're a lot of old bones. Wallpaper peeling away in bathroom. Wall damage inside living room headboard disgusting. Definitely DO NOT recommend this location. Sorry Best Western. I'm normally true to the brand but this one did not meet the punch.

The rooms could definitely use a little TLC but the staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a gym with a little bit equipment. The continental breakfast was great traveling with kids. The shuttle service was so great. The same woman who brought us to the airport picked us up when we flew back into PDX. I liked being able to leave my car and bypass the parking at the airport! Very handy.

I chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle and a breakfast. I took the time to understand the timing for both and in neither case need I receive my preferences. The breakfast ended at 9am, so I came out at 8: 45 just to get coffee and a plate of eggs. When I arrived the staff had circled the offerings and were treating themselves to all they wanted. I even had one staff member take the end of the coffee for herself leaving me with none. The shuttle details were both posted and explained to me the night before. It left on the hour and half hour and you needed to be there at least 5 mins ahead. I again came down 15 mins prior and was told it left and that I should have let them know that I needed a shuttle. They told called the driver and he said he would swing back around and pick me up in 5-10 mins. After 25 mins I was in danger of missing my flight so I paid for a $16 Uber. The Uber took 6 mins to arrive and the shuttle had still not come back for me (making it more than 30 mins from when it was scheduled to have left). Incredibly poorly run and operated. I fully understand why people forget that Best Western is a functioning hotel chain.

This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight the next morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable with beds made for deep sleep. Breakfast starts at 4am with hot breakfast coming out at 5. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Easy to get to. Near airport. Shuttle provided. Snacks in lobby made it easy for us to have light meal when we got here so we didn't have to go out. Staff is WONDERFUL!

Jazz at the front desk is super rude and ghetto. Owner/manager shouldn’t have people who treat guests with an attitude.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Check in and shuttle to Airport was very nice with friendly driver. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
