I was really hopeful that this place would be helpful for my fiance and I, but they don't take state insurance. The lady at the desk was nice enough to point us to another urgent care in town that took it, but it was still disappointing, especially since the clinic's website claims to take most insurance; I assumed since a lot of people rely on state insurance, surely they would take it? I know it's not the fault of the employees, but it seems so pointless to get turned down at an urgent care clinic with an empty waiting room, only to get pointed at one with a 4-hour wait that's a lot further from where we live. I suppose that's just the state of healthcare in this country.

Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised at the great service that I received. Everyone was very efficient and my medical issue was diagnosed promptly. I was given samples to treat my problem.

The provider I visited with was amazing! Very personable and thorough. The office/waiting area is clean and comfortable. My wait time was next to nothing. I will definitely refer my friends should they need help.

Jordon Personius was able to find the issue so quickly and explained everything so perfectly. I only wish he was my primary doctor.

Your facility was a very clean, the check-in is very easy, everyone there was lovely, they related to me as real people instead of nurses or doctors. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. The girl who took my covid test and flu test was phenomenal. I actually thought she might be the doctor because she was so good at what she was doing and so professional.
