Bethany Village Montessori

Both my kids had a wonderful time in this school. Love everything about it. My kids class teacher Ms Tess is wonderful and so is the directress Ms Devinka!

It’s a good school, and we are happy here as the teacher is very nice to my child, and I feel as though it is a good environment for her.

However, I had to edit the review from 5 to 4, as I’m fairly anti-smoke. It’s been shown that not only secondary smoke hurts people around, but tertiary as well as toxin sticks and lingers on clothes. I wish all staff here are smoke free, but they are not. But I guess you will get that in almost any large companies and organizations. I’m sadden by it. But oh well.

It’s still a good school, and I do love that they post pictures of my child, with daily report.

We love the staff and school. My son is flourishing and comes home singing new songs and has new friends which is adorable. I love the app which gives us some information about his day and provides pictures for us to see what he is doing. I also like that we don't have to pack his lunch and snacks every day as they provide the food. The teacher truly loves and cares for them and they do a great job. Very happy with the school!

Both my sons went to this school (second one is still going). Both loved here and the teacher. The teachers are caring and patient with every kids.they paying attention to details and know how to treat you kids based on their personality. We had a great experience and I recommend it to every family new to the area

Please avoid this "school" I don't what's up after the school open "covid 19", currently the management it's very POOR.

I had to take my son out earlier, I don't trust this school.

I'm happy for my difficult decision.

Two years wasted.very sad and disappointed.

We have had a wonderful experience with Bethany Village Montessori! We have been sending our kids since 2015. We also like the extra- curricular activities in the after care program. There may be a long wait to get in but it’s totally worth it!

The Bethany Village Montessori has been a transformative experience for our son. Due to several moves related to work our son had been to two childcare facilities prior to BVM, with mediocre results. However, we noticed a huge difference in our son's verbal skills and all around social skills immediately. I can't say enough about the teachers, especially Miss Rekah, and staff at Bethany Village Montessori. It's very clear that they enjoy what they do and the children pick up on it. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough.

I am writing this review after my daughter completed an year at this school. The atmosphere is excellent with nice welcoming admin staff “Cristina“ or director along with easy checkin & checkout options. Devinka and Chitra are the best and are always approachable for any clarifications. Teachers are super friendly and interact with kids and parents in a professional manner. My 4 year old had developed a lot of skills and made good friends from her class. I had great experience at Bethany Village Montessori when compared to our experience at a prior Montessori. The best part was they provide complete snack and lunch for the kids. I would strongly recommend this school for anyone in the Portland area.

This is a wonderful school, full of people who care deeply about kids and their education. Kids are treated with respect and are taught to respect others. We love this school very much.

The staff at Bethany Village Montessori is amazing! From my own personal experience they act professional and are passionate about the children they care for. Several of the staff members have been there for 10 to 20 years and that says alot about the working environment (they are happy to be working there) and the relationships they have between each other (they have established nice working relationships amongst their peers) and this is clear to see when you are at the school. The Montessori program is great too! Our child started there last summer and continues to attend during the regular academic school year. He shows continual progress with his math skills, letters and sounds, drawings, and how he interacts with other adults and other children. Big shout out to Ms. Chitra, Ms. DeVinka, Ms. Ayano, Ms. Christina, Ms. Nella, Ms. Kulani, and Ms. Sarei! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

Love the school. I moved my 2 year old from Goddard and she loves the new school within a week. There is no bully or fighting for toys since kids work on objects and tasks independently. No hassle to pack lunch or snack since school provides balanced meals and snacks. Waited nearly 2 years to get into the school. Teacher is amazing. I can really feel that my daughter’s teacher sincerely care about the kids. Overall, if you have smart and independent kids, I would highly recommend the Montessori school. The only downside for this school is that the parking lot is usually packed and hard to find a good spot.
